My child has been attending grow for a few years now. Really happy with the high quality service they provide.

I cannot recommend Grow Early Education highly enough! From the moment I enrolled my child, we felt welcomed and at home. The staff are incredibly nurturing, professional, and genuinely passionate about early childhood education. They create a warm and engaging environment where children can thrive.

Staff are undertrained. I witnessed staff bully and isolate my 3 year old daughter. I witnessed staff refuse my 2 year old to use the toilet. Staff declined my 2 year old a banana because “fruit is for morning tea”. Staff repeatedly broke confidentiality policies by telling me about other children who had left the centre for various reasons. Facilities are consistently unclean. I watched staff clean vomit with only water. There was no hand soap in the only adult toilet in the upstairs room for at least 2 consecutive days. The current 2IC of the centre was unaware of their own Panadol policies and almost sent my child into a febrile seizure from a fever. According to the centre the child must have an ambulance being called to administer Panadol despite having already been told that the parent was less than 15 minutes away from the centre. Their idea of fixing a child with behaviour issues is to simply move the child to a different room and ignore the issue at hand (shocking that it wasn’t the solution!) If you care about your child’s safety and well-being in every sense, avoid this centre like the plague. The company is owned by imagine education group which to date has 23 enforcement actions issued across various centres nationwide, it’s not rocketscience to see why.

If you have had any issues with this centre that did not feel right, please directly report the incident to the department of education by emailing emr.qar@education.vic.gov.au This centre has attempted to hide my review so I will post a list of incidents where my children were subject of grow Heathmont. • Within the first two weeks, children returned home with unexplained marks, including a bite mark. • Multiple incidents where blocks were thrown at children’s faces. • Most incidents were not reported by staff and were only disclosed by the children themselves. • Repeated emails raising concerns went unanswered until escalation was threatened. • At pickup, educators regularly reported the same children hurting others and making children cry, often on a daily basis. • Ongoing behavioural issues suggest ineffective supervision and behaviour management. • Classroom environment frequently appeared chaotic, with educators disengaged and inattentive. • Staff members who prioritised safety and wellbeing have since left the service. • Incidents continued despite repeated assurances of improvement. • Hygiene and infection control concerns observed regularly: • Visible crumbs and unpleasant odours in rooms. • Upstairs staff bathroom had no soap for at least two consecutive days. • Senior staff demonstrated a lack of understanding of medication policies, including Panadol procedures. • After multiple similar complaints from other families, children were withdrawn immediately following an incident where staff and management bullied and isolated my 3-year-old child. • Review of the centre’s NQS report showed improvement areas that had already been raised multiple times by parents. • Following recent one-star reviews, families were emailed requesting Google reviews, raising concerns about reputation management over issue resolution.

Great facilities and educators. Very supportive and caring.

We loved it when we first started. However there are big issues around supervision, staff seem unhappy and the overall feel of the service is no longer the same as it once was.

I have two children at Grow Heathmont and we’ve had a wonderful experience. It’s a great kinder program my daughter has come so far in the short time she’s been there. My son has been struggling, but the management and educators have gone above and beyond to support him. I really appreciate the care and dedication they show to both my kids.
