Birches Childcare in Croydon has been absolutely amazing for my son. He’s been there for two months and I couldn’t be happier with the care and support from the staff. They are so warm, attentive, and genuinely care about the children. His settled in so well and loves going each day. I always feel confident leaving him knowing he’s in such safe, loving hands. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a beautiful childcare centre.

My son started at Birches Childcare in the very first week it opened, and I couldn’t be happier with our experience. From day one, all the educators have been incredibly warm, supportive, and dedicated, making his transition into daycare so much smoother. A special shoutout to Sanju and Hailey( toddlers room), who have bonded so well with my son. Their kindness, patience, and genuine care have made such a positive impact on him. Amy, the manager, who is doing an amazing job running the centre. Her leadership and dedication are evident in the nurturing environment she and her team have created. I am so grateful to the entire team at Birches Childcare and highly recommend them to any parent looking for a caring and supportive place for their little one!

We have been sending out 1 year old to Birches since the start of this year. He loves exploring the room and venturing outside and some days even reaches for the educators when we drop him off! It definitely makes it easier that the staff are so attentive and my son seems so comfortable there

Our daughter is happy being left in the morning and happy when we pick her up. She naps well there and never comes home with nappy rash (which happened often at her previous daycare centre). All of the educators are warm and attentive. Amy is running things well at Croydon Birches and we can tell that she definitely knows what she's doing and how to best look after the kids. We appreciate the daily stories and photo updates through Storypark. It was a gamble with enrolling our daughter into a brand new centre but we are glad we did. From the beginning we have felt at ease leaving after morning drop off knowing she is happy and in safe hands.

The new facility is stunning, and the staff are incredibly friendly. As a first-time mum, navigating childcare and Centrelink paperwork felt overwhelming, but the team at Birches Croydon has been so supportive throughout this transition back to work. My baby girl absolutely loves going there, and it gives me peace of mind knowing she's in such great hands!

Birches Croydon has welcomed our daughter and us with open arms and we couldn't be happier. After a not so good experience at another centre I was excited to see Birches was opening and it's been nothing short of amazing. Our daughter comes home everyday with a smile on her face, not only that but in her time there we have been able to watch as she learns and grows. The facility is new, welcoming, and extremely clean, with amazing toys and activities for the children everywhere. The staff are all incredible, and lovely, I feel comfortable leaving her with them everyday. Thanks Birches for being amazing, we are excited to watch Arwen continue to grow with you.

Our daughter has attended Birches Croydon for the last 4 months. We had no idea what it would be like to send her here, because it’s a newly opened centre with no reviews. We’re very happy with our choice to take a leap of faith and choose Birches Croydon. The staff are super attentive and are great at communicating with us throughout the day. They work with you to help with child growth and progression. The educators are lovely and the director Amy has been wonderful to deal with. We can tell how much our 1 year old loves attending Birches, by the way that she gets very excited when she sees the carers in the morning. Thanks Birches Croydon!

Can’t say enough thank you to Amy and her team, very professional and helpful. They supported me from day 1 when we joined the centre until we left due to relocation to other suburb. My son had lots of great time in the centre with all the kids and the educators. Highly recommend Birche if you are living in Croydon or surrounding areas.

My daughter has started at this centre approximately 2 weeks ago. The centre has been absolutely amazing. They have supported my daughter with toliet training and she comes home happy every day. The centre has brand new facilities and the educators are lovely.
