I went in for a tour yesterday with my 2 year old daughter and I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. Apart from the lovely lady that took us around for our tour, everyone was snobby & unapproachable. We went into all the rooms and not one carer/teacher said hi to my daughter, no one seemed to care, no one bothered. It was the most unwelcoming and uncomfortable childcare I’ve ever stepped foot in. After our tour, we came back to the front desk, a lady approached me with a form to fill in. Didn’t care to introduce herself to me, turned out she was the assistant manager… like HOW? I had to ask her who she is and for her name which I felt was rude and ignorant of her. Her name is Supi. No one bothered to explain anything further to me like fees etc. I felt like they wanted me & my daughter to get out already. We’ve toured a few Aspire centres, my daughter would refuse to leave, but she wanted to get out of this centre after our tour. At the end, no one even said bye. It was honestly so awkward & weird. Obviously my daughter will not be attending this centre. Disappointing as it’s such a beautiful centre, the workers let this childcare centre down.

It has been a wonderful experience sending my son Dhanraj Bir Sidhu in Aspire Donnybrook centre. I wish he could have spent more time here. The staff and services were outstanding giving complete care and learning environment to the children. Their approach to attend the kids was almost one to one. My son adapted to the centre environment almost immediately and didn't show any signs of withdrawal. The communication with the parents about the kid's performance and behaviour was almost daily basis. I won't be fair if I don't speak about the management. Neeru Vishnoi was extremely helpful and a guiding force in the centre. I saw her all the times supervising the centre, listening to the parents and solving the issues if any. There was an incident where a 3 year old child was slapped by a male worker and left a mark on the poor child’s face , this child is too scared to go anywhere else now . These people refused to co-operate with investigation as obliged and refused to share video footage . I was going to send my sons there but I will definitely not ! I hope the families children get the justice they seek now that the child is traumatised!

Hi Aspire team, Just a little note of appreciation and heartfelt thank you to all the educators of room 3 (my baby's room). Thank you so much on behalf of my partner, baby and myself for taking good care of our little daughter. I am sure she enjoys her time there because every morning she wakes up and tells me "mamma aunty" which means childcare. She has learnt so much from there which I am very proud of. Aspire Donnybrook is absolutely beautiful centre, providing heart felt care to my little one. The educators and the management team really care about the children, and I really appreciate what they do!☺️

It’s such a amazing centre.The staff are incredibly caring and supportive, always greeting us with a smile and making my son feel right at home. The environment is warm, welcoming, and full of positive energy. I feel completely at ease knowing my child is in such safe and nurturing hands. We’re so thankful for the amazing care our daughter has received! The staff are warm, nurturing, and always go above and beyond. She’s grown so much and absolutely loves her time here. Couldn’t have asked for a better place!
