We have had the most wonderful experience with the team at Enchanted Forrest. We changed daycare centres at the beginning of the year, and the positive difference in our toddler was immediate.

From her very first day, the educators and directors took the time to get to know all of us, and have made us feel genuinely welcomed and supported. Our daughter is thriving, and we feel completely at ease knowing she is in such caring hands.

It’s clear the educators are well supported and that the directors are in the industry for all the right reasons.

If every daycare offered even half the care, warmth and dedication that Enchanted Forrest does, so many more parents would feel confident and reassured about leaving their children in care.

We haven’t attended Enchated forest for over a year but still think about how amazing the centre was. No turn around in staff, lovely teachers.

Excellent service! Have 2 children at this daycare and so far all the staff have been amazing. They are so supportive for my children’s needs. And my children really enjoy it also!

My 4 year old daughter has been attending Enchanted Forest Early Learning for 6 months now and we have been extremely happy with how she has been progressing. I have seen a huge difference with confidence and resilience in my daughter. The staff have been extremely supportive and proactive with my daughter's allergy plan. They are excellent with communication. Miss Amy, Miss Kirsten and all the Kindy 2 staff are very nurturing and fantastic at what they do. I highly recommend Enchanted Forest, especially if you are looking for an excellent Kindy program.

Our son has attended Enchanted Forest Murrumba Downs for nearly 4 years now, since day one the staff have been so kind and it has made our experience here amazing. Our little boy is always excited to go to daycare and has something new to tell us every day about what he’s learnt or how fun his day was. We’ve recommended this centre to both friends and family and they’ve all had the same experience, I seriously could not recommend this centre enough!

I had terrible experience on second day of my baby’s daycare. I witnessed reportable incident and confronted the educators, complained via email as well. Also my boy got big bump on head and no body notified me. When I asked them, the answer I got was and they didn’t know how it happened when it happened. I got called for meeting after my email, however no action was taken. All they did was try to cover up educator and themself with silly excuses. Would never recommend to any friends or family.

The best daycare. We were incredibly sad to leave the Enchanted Forest family after moving up the coast. The staff here are so wonderful and truly care about their families and the children. From admin to the educators you are all amazing. Thanks ladies for looking after us over the years!
