The cooler weather is an excellent excuse to bust out some new craft activities. This week we are excited to share a stack of Bluey themed craft ideas with you, along with the opportunity to win a Bluey Book Pack for your service, thanks to our friends at Penguin Kids Australia.

In case you don’t know Bluey is an inexhaustible six year-old Blue Heeler dog, who loves to play and turns everyday family life into extraordinary adventures, developing her imagination as well as her mental, physical and emotional resilience.

The Bluey TV series is hugely popular with the preschool set, who will greatly enjoy these Bluey themed craft ideas.

Solar System Mobile: Explore the solar system with Bluey characters Bingo and Floppy and make this super fun solar system mobile, with a few simple craft cupboard staples.

Potato Print Art: Take Bluey and Bingo for a walk on Jupiter with this old school potato print paint activity.

Queen’s Spectre: You’ll need a stack of cheap wooden spoons for this activity, which offers children the opportunity to experiment with colours.

Queen’s Crown: The downloadable template makes this activity easy for children to complete.

Bluey Party Hats: An alternative to the Queen’s Crown, these cute ears are fun to make and children can choose from Bingo, Bluey, Chloe, Coco, Lucky and Mackenzie.

Flipbook: An interesting activity for older children; download the template provided and let them have a go at making their own flipbook and drawing their own adventure.

Bluey Piggy Bank:  Support children with their early savings efforts by making these bright Bluey themed piggy banks.

Bluey Fortune Teller: Download and print the template then carefully fold the paper to make a Bluey themed fortune teller.

Bluey Flextangle: Making this paper puzzle flextangle is heaps of fun and playing with it is even better!
