Abracadabra Childcare Services has been providing quality in-home childcare support to private families across NSW since 1999 and has now expanded their services to provide Australia Wide in-home childcare support to Funding Entities including NDIS (for children with Special Needs & DVA cases), Insurance Companies & Rehab Consultants (for accident and injury claims), Community Services (for respite care), Large Companies/Corporations (for Employee Incentive Programs offering Emergency in-home Childcare & Mobile Pop Up Creches for Events/Training/Conferences/Tradeshows) & Childcare Centre's requiring qualified Edcuators. We also cater to private functions such as Weddings, Christenings and Parties.

ACS is owned and Directed by Felicity Gray who has had extensive experience working with children of all age groups and families with varying dynamics.  She also has experience working as a recruitment consultant for larger corporations within various industries.  Felicity understands the importance of finding the right carer for you and your family to assist with each childs individual needs to offer you peace of mind that your children are being left in the right care and to also  provide carers who are willing to undertake household duties to assist with the smooth running of your household and busy schedule.

The agency assists Childcare Professionals, experienced Nannies/Babysitters, Creche Workers & Individual Support Workers to gain permanent and casual employment. ACS hopes to provide its Carers with positive work experiences through regular assignments and or permanent employment.

Each ACS Registered Carer completes a thorough registration process and reference check procedure, including Working with Children Check clearance which includes a Police Records Check and conducting telephone reference checks with previous and current employers.  All required online verifications are carried out accordingly to ensure that registered carers are fully screened and reference checked prior to being introduced or sent out on assignment with any of our families.

The candidates that ACS send to you come through a multitude of avenues. Some are career Nannies or Childcare Workers, others may be the Mothers of children themselves, many are qualified and others have vast experience with young children. Some candidates will fit all of these groups. All carers have satisfied ACS' requirements as to being a competent childcarer with the ability to think on their feet and manage every day as well as out-of-the ordinary childcare situations. ACS will always provide an honest assessment of each candidate's capabilities and background.
