- Day to day management of the centre, following the National Standards for Out of School Hours Care.
- Administration duties, including: attendance sheets, collection and reconciliation of fees, banking and approval of payment accounts, petty cash payment of all bills including cheque signatory, budgets and review.
- Payroll including wages, super, group certificates, group tax, preparation of all accounts and information to accountant fro monthly income and expenditure. Set up and establish the centres OHS policies.
- Scheduling of all necessary capital works, maintenance and replacement of consumables for monthly budgeting and report to the Management Committee for funding approval.
