Roles & Responsibilities: Answering phones, signing in/out all visitors, switch board management, mail and facilities. This is a temporary fill-in role that was presented to Johanna up until the time she secures permanent work as a nanny.

Duty Manager/Restaurant Manager – The Langley, Wax Bar & Digress Soho
During this time Johanna held three different roles within a Management Capacity in a Restaurant and Bars. She was responsible for being a team leader, ensuring strict cleanliness standards for both service and closing procedures, grand opening training for new venues and stock management. Johanna left this environment to pursue her career as a nanny and return to her love for working with children.

Roles & Responsibilities: Caring for two children aged 11 months & 3 years at commencement. Duties include cooking, cleaning and general running of the household. Providing a fun and educational environment including arts and crafts and cooking.
