Introduction

My name is Lucy. I am 25 years old from the UK and I love working with children. I’m here in Australia on a working holiday visa, just entering my second year. I’m currently working in St Kilda and living in brighton, Melbourne. For the first year I travelled and now I’m looking for something more stable and I’d love to be a nanny or au pair.

I’ve previously worked with children at kids camps in America and volunteered at girl guiding units in the UK. I’ve also babysat for various families in my local community where I was responsible for the care of children ranging in age from 3 years to teenage years on evenings and weekends.

Since arriving in Australia I have been working in restaurants and bars as a waitress, however now that I am more settled and would like to be in the one area I would love to return to my love for working with children.
