I have just completed my Diploma in Early Childhood at Hunter TAFE and am looking for work in childcare. I’ve had a dream to work with children since I was young, bringing my passion, commitment and abilities to make a difference in their lives. I look forward to being a valuable asset in a team with similar goals.

Provided a range of planned experiences to extend children’s learning, ran multiple group times, assisted in everyday cleaning and set-up tasks, worked as a part of a team, provided 1-1 support for a child to join in play and develop friendships, maintained and encouraged workplace health and safety, provided extra supervision on an excursion and developed and implemented a sustainability quality improvement plan in consultation with my supervisor.

Changed the nappies of infants, fed babies bottles, everyday cleaning and set up tasks, assisted putting children to sleep, worked as a part of a team, maintained and encouraged workplace health and safety, provided planned experiences to extend children’s learning.

Cared for / minded three children (aged 3, 6 and 11), provided before and after school care two days a week, assisted getting ready in morning, provided transport to and from school and pre-school, meal preparation, assisted in housework and cleaning duties and minded children on one-off days and in holidays, took children on outings to parks, museums, etc.
