- We offer Shared Babysitting/Nannying Services also (if the children are from one, two or three different sets of parents or if there is more than 3 children). 'About Me...
To Whom It May Concern,
Whilst I have done most of my training in hospitality and have worked mostly in hospitality since finishing school in 2013 I have always wanted to get into teaching or working with children and am currently studying for my Diploma in Early Childhood Education through NEIT Training in Frankston having completed 8 months of this course so far.
I grew up with a severely disabled brother who passed away in 2011 at the age of 19 so I have spent a lot of time helping my parents with his daily needs as he could not do anything for himself. He was totally reliant on other people to feed him, give him drinks, change his position, move him from place to place as well as changing his nappies as he was totally incontinent for his entire life.
I also have a very big extended family with lots of cousins who now have babies and small children and I love being around them so I feel this stands me in good stead for a position such as this as I have a great deal of compassion and patience.
I have a current Working with Children Check as I have just completed 7 months working at a privately run kindergarten in Mornington working with 2-5 year olds as part of my traineeship with NEIT.
I have also got experience in before and after school care. I would really appreciate being given the opportunity of being your Nanny.
