I made an appointment for a tour and when I arrive, the director had no idea. When I asked simple questions such as fees, etc. She was not sure or couldn't tell me roughly how much which is understandable. It was only 8am still early morning. When I came into the baby rooms, fine white stuff was scattered everywhere on the floor not sure if it was popcorn. The more I went into each room, I was very disgusted how dirty the muscle mats were with stain spots everywhere and things were cleaned properly. Although to be fair they have an amazing tree house and a really fun back area for children to play just the rooms are not cleaned.

My two little ones started at Treehouse two months ago, and I was initially quite nervous as neither had attended kindy or daycare before. After this short time, I can proudly say I’m so happy we chose Treehouse for both of them. The staff are absolutely fantastic, caring, insightful, and attentive to each child’s individual needs. I couldn’t have chosen a better kindy. The environment is supportive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. A big shoutout to Miss Holly, Miss Emma, Miss Melissa, Miss Priyani, Miss Kelsea, and of course, Miss Jil. From morning drop offs to afternoon pick ups, these ladies have been consistently kind, helpful, and patient. All of the educators have been so wonderful with our kids, they absolutely adore them! The team at Treehouse are trustworthy, professional, and truly dedicated to the children in their care. I couldn’t recommend them more highly. Thanks Treehouse Early Learning Centre for everything you do!

My Son started here end of last year full time when we moved to the area, and he adjusted better then expected and loves it . I love the multicultural inclusion and lots of outdoor activities my son loves, teachers are amazing including the director Waiata highly recommend 🥇

We are so happy with Tree House Early Learning- Pimpama! Our 3-year-old daughter absolutely loves it, and we have complete peace of mind knowing she is in a safe, clean, and nurturing environment. The center is always spotless, and they maintain high hygiene standards, which is so important for little ones. The teachers are highly skilled, patient, and caring. They go above and beyond to engage the children in fun and educational activities that support their growth and development. We love that they provide healthy and delicious meals that our daughter enjoys. It’s great to know she’s getting balanced nutrition while at childcare. A huge thank you to the amazing staff for their hard work and dedication. We couldn’t ask for a better place for our daughter!

I’m SO glad we decided to enroll our son here, being just 4 months when he first started I was so reluctant about sending him to daycare but treehouse have been nothing short of AMAZING. I have always felt heard and reassured by all of the staff, Holly and Gloria are some of the best educators I have ever come across and my son LOVES them. Updates during the day are thorough and always on time, they are also always honest about the day he has had which is so appreciated. The centre itself is well facilitated and clean and every educator is attentive and kind to the children. We are so grateful for having enrolled here and 100% plan to be at treehouse until school years, being able to return to work and know my little one is so well taken care of is such a huge relief!!!

Treehouse has been wonderful for my little one - he’s been with them since he was 3 months old, and the carers and educators are incredibly loving with him. He loves going to kindy here, and has a full day of activities. Any concerns I’ve had are quickly addressed, I get a rundown on his day and any issues at pick up every day, and they are diligent about calling any time he shows discomfort or signs of illness. I appreciate the constant line of communication and how much the girls care.

Hands down, the best kindy on the Gold Coast! The staff are incredibly professional, friendly, and knowledgeable, creating such a positive and nurturing environment. Sariah absolutely loves all of her teachers—they truly make a difference! What I really love about Treehouse Early Learning Centre is the variety of activities they do with the kids. It gives me peace of mind knowing she’s not only having fun but also learning and growing. I would definitely recommend Treehouse ELC to anyone looking for an amazing kindy! The staff are fantastic, and the activities they provide for the kids are top-notch. It's such a great environment for children to learn and grow!

Highly recommend! They have very good and clear communication with parents, great outdoor set up, are always welcoming and very helpful if you need a hand with morning drop offs! Always give cuddles and comfort children when they are upset. I have peace of mind when I go to work as I know my child is in good hands having the best time!
