We enrolled our son at Learning Ladder Watsonia and have been very happy with the experience. He settled in quickly and enjoys learning new things every day. The staff are professional, caring, and supportive. Management is always available to answer our questions, which we really appreciate. The meals provided are great. Our son is a fussy eater at home, but he enjoys most of his food at daycare , this makes us feel confident and reassured. We’re very pleased with the care and support our son receives and highly recommend Learning Ladder Watsonia to other families.

We contacted Learning Ladder Watsonia several months before our child was born to arrange a tour. Unfortunately, we were only shown the baby area, as we were told that’s where our newborn would spend the first year. While we were briefly taken upstairs, we were only shown the common area near the kitchen and not the rest of the facility. During the tour, the staff member spent a significant amount of time speaking negatively about other childcare providers while emphasising that their centre does things differently. This approach felt unprofessional and left us wondering why we weren’t shown the full centre. If there is nothing to hide, we would have expected a more transparent and comprehensive tour of the entire facility. Edit: I’ve since seen the centre’s response, which suggests this could be a fake review from a competitor. Rather than considering that this was a genuine experience from a prospective family, it’s disappointing to see the focus placed on discrediting feedback instead of reflecting on why we left the tour feeling dismissed and unconvinced.

I’m beyond grateful for the wonderful experience my child has in Learning ladder. His love for learning has blossomed, especially in literacy, and he thrives in the hands-on activities. I looked at other center to send my daughter but Learning Ladder was at the top of my ladder. The staff are all so welcoming ,warm and genuine. I feel my child is just not another number (child). When visiting the center for the first time all the staff where engaged with the children in the room and still are. My daughter wakes up everyday wanting to go to Learning Ladder. This center is more than exceptional.

Our daughter has been attending Learning Ladder Watsonia since the end of January, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she receives. The professionalism and warmth of the entire team have been truly reassuring. We especially value the prompt and detailed updates through the app, which keep us informed about her sleep, toileting, and meals each day. In addition to these updates, we receive a daily summary filled with photos and videos that give us a wonderful glimpse into her experiences and learning. The educators are attentive and communicative — they notify us immediately when any incidents occur and log incident reports through the app, often with photos included. We’re also informed whenever our daughter seems unwell, behaves unusually, or refuses to nap or eat, which shows the level of care and observation they provide. The use of CCTV throughout the premises gives us added peace of mind, especially when wanting to understand what happened in the case of any incidents. Our daughter absolutely loves the educators, the environment, the yummy meals, and the activities. It’s been such a relief — and joy — to find a centre where she feels happy and safe, and where we feel confident she is in good hands. A special thank you to all the amazing educators (especially Kuldeep and co from the Ladybugs room) and admin staff who genuinely care for each child and help them thrive every day!

My son has been attending Learning Ladder at Watsonia since he was 11 months old — he’s now almost 2 and a half — and we couldn’t be happier with the care and support he’s received. The educators are always so patient, kind, and genuinely invested in the children’s well-being and development. It’s clear how much my son enjoys his time there — he looks forward to it every day, which says a lot! One of the things I really appreciate is how there are weekly incursions that keep the kids engaged and excited to learn something new. There’s always something fun and different happening! Another big plus is the chef who prepares nutritious and delicious meals — it’s such a relief knowing he’s eating well throughout the day. We’re so grateful to have found such a warm, nurturing, and stimulating environment for our child. Highly recommend Learning Ladder to any parent in the area!

Our little one has been attending Learning Ladder Watsonia since the start of 2025 & our experience so far has been nothing all positive! The staff, especially the educators in our child’s room are wonderful! They are warm and caring towards our child, supportive and helpful, especially with morning drop off. The staff in the room are always happy to discuss how the day has been and provide detailed updates about the engaging educational program each day via the app! The centre itself is welcoming, clean, bright & fun! Would highly recommend taking a tour and considering this centre - we are very happy we made the choice to go here! Thank you LL Watsonia!

I'll start this by saying I am a pretty intuitive person. Whenever I have interviewed for jobs and have felt nervous, it has usually meant because I subconsciously know I will get it. Same thing happened when touring daycare centres. We toured 4 in the area and Learning Ladder was the first one and I had those good nerves happening. All the other centres we toured were always compared to Learning Ladder. Learning Ladder was the only centre we ever bothered applying for and we honestly could not have asked for a better centre for our beautiful son. He has absolutely THRIVED. He has been there since February and has already learned to walk and every day he adds an extra word to his expanding vocabulary. The teachers and staff are fantastic and it is honestly like family in there. If you are looking for a good daycare centre, look no further and GO to Learning Ladder.
