Goodstart Watsonia has been such a brilliant centre. With a older child and moving my younger one around a few other centres I must say this has been our favourite. A great mix of educators all super engaged with the children. The management is also very accomodating and you'll let feel judged. My daughter who really struggles with change has become so much more settled.

Our little girl has been at Goodstart Watsonia for just over a year now, starting in the baby room and now in the toddler room. She absolutely loves it. The staff are incredibly kind, caring and genuinely loving and it really shows… She talks about her educators all the time at home and is always happy to be there. We couldn’t be happier with our experience and feel very grateful to have found such a wonderful place for her.

We have been attending Goodstart Watsonia over a year now, the management team are very welcoming and friendly since the very first day stepped into Goodstart. The leadership team are able to assist with any suggestions and questions. Been here for a while I can see the strong connections my son has made with staff members, who are very nurturing caring and generally interested in the best of my child. Also making little friends. Furthermore the safety and support goodstart provides for a positive outcome and growth for each child. My son comes home most of the time happy and explaining things has learnt and gained from kinder. The meals are fantastic and my mind at ease knowing my child is looked after. Thank you

Goodstart Watsonia is absolutely fantastic. Such a wonderful team! Can’t fault anything about the centre. They take care of all the kids like they are their own, the compassion and love my son has been shown has been nothing short of fantastic! From the centre managers, to the educators, to the chef and beyond everyone goes out of their way to make the kids feel comfortable and welcomed. Communication is wonderful also, if my son isn’t there for a day for some reason and myself or my wife forget to call, they call us just to make sure my son is okay as they haven’t seen him. Every single person at Goodstart Watsonia is what childcare is all about 11 out of 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My child went here for 1 year and it was a great experience, the staff were so caring for my son and also supported me so well as I found it really hard to send him to childcare. My son was well cared for and we never had any issues.

My youngest has been at Goodstart Watsonia since not long after they opened and it has been a very positive experience. Every staff member we have interacted with has been kind, caring and genuinely interested in my son. It has been wonderful to watch him build special relationships with those involved in his care. Every time we drop him, it is a comfort to know the team is capable and will ensure he has a good day. Leadership have also been amazing from the very first tour to today, available and approachable and again, so genuine in their interactions. Any brand-new centre comes with its own set of challenges as it establishes its community with new staff and children. But at Goodstart Watsonia, I am confident that the management team is not only experienced but also genuinely caring towards both the children and their team. As a parent working in a field with a strong focus on safety, I’m grateful to have found a community where I know my son is in safe hands. I trust his educators and the centre leaders, which gives many families, including mine, peace of mind and reassurance that can be hard to find these days. We highly recommend Natasha and her team. The toddler team—Neisha, Zeina, Jacinta, Kim, Bianca —as well as the rest of the staff, are all wonderful. I cannot thank them enough for the care and love they provide to every child in their care.

We had the most amazing experience at Good Start Watsonia. My son joined mid year in the kindergarten room & I was worried about his transition to a new centre. The staff were so welcoming & made each step effortlessly easy. The facilities are all brand new & the center would be three times the size of our previous child care.
