Noriter Bilingual Early Learning Centre overview
"Noriter" is derived from the Korean word for "playground," embodying our belief that play is the best way to learn. Our beautiful, purpose-built centre is designed to nurture and grow your children in a space filled with open-ended resources that inspire learning and engagement.
At Noriter Springvale, we also feature a dedicated sensory room where children can explore all seven senses. This calming space provides children with the opportunity to relax, recharge, and simply be themselves when they need it most.
Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach and a love for nature, our program recognises children as capable and competent learners. Our thoughtfully designed learning spaces provoke creative thinking, encourage decision-making, and reflect our commitment to fostering respectful and warm relationships with young children.
We aim to create a homely environment that values diversity, supports meaningful projects, and embraces every child's individuality.

Hello Karen, thank you for leaving a rating. For continuing learning for us, can you please elaborate on why you gave us 1 star? As I don't recognise your name as being a parent or visitor. If you wish, please contact us on admin@notiterearlylearning.com.au to discuss your issue and we will try our best to help resolve it for you. Regards, Rachael Forday Director

I sent both of my children there for the past three years and it’s the most amazing place I could have ever hoped to have sent my children. I trust Rachael and her team with my kids as they look after them as if they are their own children. The staff are fantastic, really caring, knowledgeable and always communicate important things we need to know. The facilities are clean, modern and thoughtfully designed to include a nice open and natural environment outside. When the weather is good, the kids also would do safe and supervised walking excursions to local parks and reserves. I really have nothing but praise for the staff at Noriter, they have done a wonderful job helping teach and nurture my children. Read more

It's been unfortunate that until now with this centre, there hasn't really been a "educational focused" centre in the Westall/East Side of Clayton South. The West side of Clayton South has been getting all the attention and it's great to finally get better amenities in this pocket of Clayton South. From our visits to surrounding child care centres, my perception is that most are really focused on "child minding" while education comes in 2nd. However that's just a view and probably not an accurate reflection on the great work these childcare centres are doing. In saying this though, the perception is that this educational centre is brand new with multi-lingual staff and large bright rooms. In fact, I don't think it even says "childcare" anywhere.. it focuses of being an Early Learning Centre. They have "house rules" which I like including - shoes off, for kids and parents, and a preference to natural items, minimising the use of plastic. It's a boutique centre so they can cater for the child well without us just being a number. Most importantly, it's not just a "child care" with all the learning tools they have, it's definitely an Educational Centre for the young. Only issues would be the following 1. If you work in the city, the centre opens at 7.30am.. so hard to get to the city on time by 8.30am. 2. Centre closes at 6pm. Again, if you work anywhere near the city, its near impossible to get back on time if you leave at 5pm. As Clayton Station/Westall station are both 15 minutes walk to the platform, you will need to leave work early to pick up your child. Hopefully they will extend - maybe 7am to 6.30pm to cater for staff in the city. UPDATE - July2020. Since writing the above 2 years ago, my child is still attending this childcare. They are going strength to strength and my rating of them is still high. During this pandemic, they have tried many things to keep the kids safe and also entertained. Puppet Shows, in house training, cooking, etc... its all varied and from the 2 years of experience, all the kids that attend look happy, more educated and observant and well mannered. Well done. He has lots of good friends , he said the teachers are his friends too. The teachers here are so creative and they created lots of innovative experiments for kids to touch and feel . My son almost couldn’t speak any English when he was just attended. Flora gave more attention to him and speak Chinese to him and introduce other kids who can speak Chinese to my son which made him feel safe and comfortable. This environment makes him learn English very fast. it is our lucky to get to know this Child Care. Thanks everyone here! Read more
