DO NOT send your child to guardian!! Completely incompetent staff, undertrained. I got no updates about my child’s day whilst they were at... DO NOT send your child to guardian!! Completely incompetent staff, undertrained. I got no updates about my child’s day whilst they were at this facility… didn’t even know if they ate or slept until I asked. They merge the nursery and toddler room which is no good for a child’s development. Myself and another 7 all moved our children from the facility. The staff are extremely rude especially the new manager Celine. No time of day for the parents or children and are often gossiping. Will not recommend this facility to anyone! Absolute nightmare and should be audited and closed down. Half of the staff have also moved to the new amazing facility down the road… says it all Read more

Terrible transparency between this centre and the parents. Complete lack of reporting procedures, carers are not trained in incident management, end of day reports are not consistently provided. The childrens days are not structured in a way thats condusive to healthy development. I sent an email to management to understand the curriculum/structure of my sons care on a typical day and was told that an answer would take one week to come up with. I would not consider sending my children to this centre unless there was a complete change in management. Read more

As professional Educator we gave to the children the best care and learning experience, but since TIFF resigned, we've had some concerns with the management. Communication seems inconsistent, and there have been instances where important information about our child's day was not relayed. Additionally, some staff members appear to be undertrained or inexperienced, leading to situations where my child's needs weren't adequately addressed. We hope these issues can be resolved to improve the overall experience for your family. We want the best for our community, students and families for that reason we decided to leave the centre. The families will know how and where to find the consistency, love, support and the best Educators. Read more
