Highly recommend Goodstart Wynnum Road. Jo and all of her team are supportive, kind, consistent and diligent. Our son had a fabulous two years at the centre. He is ready and very excited for prep.

My daughter has attended Goodstart Wynnum Road since she was 2.5 when we relocated from our interstate daycare. From day one I’ve found the educators and Team super supportive and caring. I couldn’t believe how much she’s learned in pre Kindy and Kindy, and one thing that stood out to me is how they’ve made learning creative and fun. We’ve been amazed at how her knowledge of the world, reading and writing has evolved through early education. There’s also great daily communication through Storypark. The community surrounding daycare is great with a lot of likeminded local families and lovely kids. Can’t rate the Centre highly enough. We’ll miss everyone at Goodstart when we move to Prep this year!

My daughter has loved her time at Goodstart Wynnum Road. We came to this daycare when we moved to Brisbane and the educators made her transition seamless. She has grown and developed amazingly at the centre. As she's about to start Prep, it is obvious how well they have prepared her for the next stage. All the staff are lovely and caring; however, we we're lucky to have most of our 2 years with Miss Ciara, Miss Dinah and Miss Maria who took exceptional care with our daughter.

Absolutely awesome early learning centre! Both our kids go there and we are really happy. The staff is nice and not much fluctuation which is always a great sign.

My son attends and absolutely loves the centre and the staff. They are extremely attentive to his and the other children’s needs. As well as extremely informative and supportive for the parents. Made it a very easy decision for us to send him here.

Choosing a childcare centre is a big decision, and we toured several centres in the Morningside area before enrolling our children at Goodstart Early Learning Wynnum Road. While the centre looks quite unassuming from the street, we felt confident we’d found the right place for our family as soon as we stepped inside. We currently have two children at the centre - one in nursery and one about to start kindergarten - and the care they receive has been consistently excellent. The management and educators are highly experienced and long-tenured, which brings a real sense of stability. Centre Director Jo has been at the centre for over 15 years, and this is reflected in the strong culture, consistency, and genuine care shown across the team. There is very low staff and child turnover. Most of the children in our oldest child’s cohort have moved through the centre together from nursery to kindergarten (aside from families who have moved away), creating a strong sense of continuity and community. This stability has been very reassuring for us as parents. The educators are warm, attentive, and genuinely engaged with all children. They also put real thought into finding small ways to delight the kids, such as organising sibling visits, which our children really love. As a not-for-profit centre, we value the strong governance, focus on child safety, high level of supervision, and the quality of meals provided. The centre has recently been renovated and feels welcoming and well cared for. Our oldest often comes home talking about their day and educators, and while our youngest isn’t talking yet, they are clearly settled, comfortable, and happy. We’ve seen our oldest grow into an open, inquisitive, and positive child, and feel the centre has played an important role in that development. We would happily recommend Goodstart Early Learning Wynnum Road to other local families.

Both my son and daughter had a wonderful experience at Goodstart Wynnum Road. Over the 4 years we attended the centre the staff were consistent and our children thrived. Our daughter is about to start Prep and her experience at Goodstart Wynnum Road has ensured she is a confident, capable learner. We are so grateful to Jo and her team for providing a learning environment that prepared our kids for school in a caring and supportive way. From the nursery room right through to starting school, our experience at this centre has been nothing short of exceptional. While I was always comfortable with the idea of enrolling here, I’ve been genuinely amazed by how much more it has offered over the years. The educators are outstanding -> caring, attentive and deeply invested in the children, and the low staff turnover has made a huge difference. The children are able to build real trust and meaningful relationships with familiar faces, which creates such a safe and nurturing environment. What truly stands out is how well prepared the children are when they move on to school. Every child I’ve seen graduate from this centre has been kind, confident and ready for the next chapter. Beyond the education, there’s a real sense of community here. The families support one another, friendships extend well beyond the centre, and it feels like a genuine network rather than just a daycare. The friendships formed, both for the children and the parents, will last a lifetime. I couldn’t recommend this centre more highly.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience at this daycare. The entire team is absolutely amazing — such a warm, supportive and genuinely caring group of educators. Everyone works so well together, and it really shows in the environment they create for the children. Our children have been at the centre from nursery all the way through to kindy, and we’ve had a fantastic experience in every single room along the way. The consistency of care, attention and quality of learning at each stage has been outstanding. They know every child by name, know exactly who each sibling belongs to, and take the time to truly understand each child as an individual. Their learning plans are thoughtfully tailored to suit each child’s needs, and they are always so accommodating and flexible when changes are needed. They make you feel completely comfortable and confident leaving your children in their care. It’s a wonderful centre, dont be fooled by it not being the flashest out there, Its a nurturing place and we feel so lucky our son and daughter are part of it. Highly recommend.
