Not a good service whatsoever in my view. Our child was forgotten and picked up half an hour late from school on the... Not a good service whatsoever in my view. Our child was forgotten and picked up half an hour late from school on the second week of starting. I have also had numerous other issues such as failing to notify us of injuries our child has had, won’t ever approach us and tell us how our child’s day went, even when we approach they walk away mid sentence. The TV is always out. Didn’t know I was paying for my child to watch movies all day. I have also advised several times about bullying at the service towards my 4 year old child by an older kid and on all occasions nothing was done about it. Read more

Absolutely disgusting! The one worker caused so much pain for my children and I cannot believe how discriminating she is. She left my... Absolutely disgusting! The one worker caused so much pain for my children and I cannot believe how discriminating she is. She left my children on the side of the road, Despite booking in and told my children it was due to me. I shared personal information as mandated and she literally turned my children away for NO reason other than one child having special needs. Clearly children do not come first here and despite 2 witnesses to confirm all of the judgement and discrimination I was calm, and appropriate. I do not recommend this centre at all due to this woman. Disgraced by the behaviour and extremely shocked at their lack of support for children. Read more

I cannot praise these guys enough. They have created a kid friendly haven from the hurly burly world. I never have to worry about... I cannot praise these guys enough. They have created a kid friendly haven from the hurly burly world. I never have to worry about my daughters safety or happiness when she is there. They have followed up all my concerns, supported us with extra sessions while I attend court, and have a good, and flexible payment system. I've used two other child care places prior to moving my daughter into Creative Kids, and this one is the best, measured on communication, financial account management, security, and the family fun environment for the kids.
