We absolutely love Gardenia and are so happy with the care both of our kids get there. Our daughter is in the nursery and this is her first experience at daycare. She’s 10 months old, was premature and a little slower with development and the educators have been nothing but supportive, especially when it comes to helping her with solids and new routines. She has never shed a tear and is always happy at drop off, even from her very first day. Angel and Sheila are just beautiful with her and we feel so comfortable knowing she’s in their care. Our son is in the toddler room and he absolutely loves it. We honestly now realise what a centre should feel like. He settled in so quickly and we’ve seen such a big boost in his confidence and social skills already. Big shoutout to JB who is amazing with him and clearly really cares about the kids. When we moved I was really anxious about changing my two year old’s centre and even considered still driving him all the way to Hamilton for care. We kept hearing great things about Gardenia Clontarf so I had high hopes, but they’ve honestly been exceeded. The yards are beautiful and the kids get so much outdoor and nature play. Even little things like wearing hats outside.. something our previous centre never really enforced because “kids this age will just take them off anyway” - are just part of the routine here and the kids are totally fine with it. Simple things that are just done right and nothing is put in the ‘too hard basket’. Every single educator I have met seems to have a genuine interest and passion for early childhood education and not a single person makes you feel like it’s ’just a job’ to them. Our kids are genuinely loved and cared for and it’s so reassuring. Overall the centre is always so clean, the staff are so welcoming and supportive and the programs are great. The facilities are fantastic and you can really tell how much care goes into everything they do. We feel very lucky to have found Gardenia Clontarf and would recommend it to anyone.

An amazing childcare centre with caring, dedicated educators. Our granddaughter loves attending, and we feel confident knowing they’re safe, happy, and learning every day. Highly recommend.

We’re very happy with our experience at Gardenia so far. The centre is modern and welcoming, and we’ve loved the wonderful educators in the Nursery room. Returning to work with a young baby in daycare can be challenging, but Ms. Angel and Ms. Kaye made the transition so much easier for us. They were incredibly caring and nurturing with my son when he first started, and provided regular updates throughout the day so I always felt comfortable. They listened to all my requests, big and small, and nothing ever felt like an inconvenience to them. Now that my son is older and transitioning rooms, he’s confident and curious, and that’s thanks to the guidance and supportive environment they’ve created. We couldn’t be happier!

We love Gardenia!! Ms JJ in the tiny tots room is so caring and the kids are always doing such fun, creative activities. Ms Lisa upstairs has also helped our child’s vocab and imagination grow soo much. The girls at reception are also super lovely and helpful. Nothing ever feels like it’s a burden for them.

Miss Jay Jay (Jade) and the tiny tots team are amazing! Jade’s patience, kindness, and genuine connection with children make a real difference every day.

We have had such a wonderful experience with Angel and Kaye. They have made our child’s start to care so easy and have given us so much peace of mind. You can truly tell how much they care — they always take the time to ask how he is going and where he’s up to in his routine, no matter how busy or quiet the room is. All of the staff have been incredibly welcoming and caring, which has made the transition into nursery feel so supported and reassuring. Especially as someone who already works in the early childhood industry, I truly appreciate the level of care, communication, and attention to detail shown by the team. It has made such a difference for our family in those early days of settling into care. We feel so confident leaving him in their care and are incredibly grateful for the love and support they provide every day.

Kaye and Angel in the nursery are amazing!

Gardenia Early Learning is the place to be! Especially with Angel in the nursery. She is my son’s educator, but honestly, all of my kids absolutely adore her. The way she connects with every child is so natural and full of love. She’s patient, attentive, caring, and always goes above and beyond to make sure every little one feels safe and supported. Angel has this beautiful way of making families feel welcomed from the second they walk in the door. As a mum, it means everything knowing my baby is in her care — I never stress, I never worry, because I know he’s with someone who treats him with the same gentleness and kindness she would her own. We are so grateful for the impact she’s had on our children and for the warmth she brings into the centre every day. Gardenia is truly lucky to have her.

Miss Angel does a wonderful job and her team of looking after our child in the baby room. Never had any issues and after a couple of weeks our child enjoys being at daycare.

We love how much Gardenia feels like a family. My daughter is so loved and has strong relationships with all of her educators. My daughter thrives off sensory play, and so the messy play incursions are an incredible bonus. The parent breakfast and barista coffee is the highlight of my morning!
