Great centre! Clean, organised and effective

Everyday walking into the centre is like walking into a warm, supportive hug! Whether its administration, the chefs or educators, you are always welcomed with a smile. As a solo mama, the team are my biggest support network & they always go the extra mile for both my son & myself. They communicate effectively & provide regular updates throughout the day. My son is always eager to get to childcare daily & has established such strong relationships with the educators. It has given me such peace of mind & I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Green Leaves Margate to my friends & family.

The staff are incredibly welcoming and friendly. My son’s educators always take the time to give thoughtful updates about his day at pick up so I have an understanding of what he’s been doing and how he’s going. They always talk about his day and celebrate every new skill with such enthusiasm. I truly appreciate how supportive and caring the educators are especially during drop off as my son sometimes finds this difficult. Our family couldn’t be happier with our choice to send our son to Green Leaves Margate.

Amazing place! Very friendly staff every time we pickup/drop off. Very clean and neat looking environment. Our little one has been going here since January and can’t fault them enough. Everything provided - minus spare clothes/water bottle. Kept upto date with progress of our child’s development. Happy with chose Greenleaves.

I enrolled my daughter here after visiting so many childcare centres and believe me we made the best decision. She is soo happy to be the part Of Green Leaves. Specially the staff members are very caring and loving . My daughter feels so comfortable with them which gives me sigh of relief and I go to my work stress free. She is learning new things everyday. I moved my daughter here & at first she was upset for a few weeks being in a new environment but all the teachers have been absolutely amazing! Especially Miss Ash, Rhea, Lee & Phoebe! Thank you everyone so much for making my daughter feel so welcome and caring for her during this transition! xx

Such a wonderful daycare with amazing staff who truly care about the children. The educators create such a positive and fun environment, and it gives me peace of mind knowing my children are happy and well looked after every day. Such a great team they have, well managed school

My son broke his collarbone while in the care of Green Leaves Margate, and staff completely failed to recognise or respond to his injury. Instead of offering support or medical attention, they mistook his clear signs of pain for misbehaviour and called me to collect him. He had told his educator after morning tea that he was hurt, but his concerns were ignored. To make matters worse, I have raised multiple complaints via email, and have received no meaningful response or follow-up. This kind of unresponsiveness is completely unacceptable when a child’s wellbeing is at stake. Often understaffed, overwhelmed and out of ratio with unsupervised play areas. This incident has left us deeply shaken and has raised serious concerns about the centre's ability to provide a safe and emotionally supportive environment. I sincerely hope Green Leaves reviews its protocols and staff training to ensure that no other family has to experience what we have.
