Do not send your kids here, especially rooms 1-2 years old and toddler room 2. The kids in these rooms looked depressed and sad, I saw a few kids crying in room 1-2 yrs old and the educators absolutely didn’t care and they have been left crying. I saw the mistreatment in 3 days of the orientation and likely I send my daughter for only 2 days for 3 hours and I swear I regret that I even trusted them in the first place. I had a very bad experience at this centre. When I complained to the Manager Katie both on the phone and in emails, she was very rude and she raised her voice at me and told me not to ask the educators if I have a question about my daughter’s day at the centre, she said all the questions should come to her but why should I ask her when she is not in my daughter’s room! She also didn’t respond to my email and canceled my daughter’s enrolment without a notice. My daughter came home with a bruise on her face, hungry and absolutely horrified and when I called Bailee one of the educators in toddler room 2 about what the bruise was, she got offended and upset and she ignored me and my daughter the next time she saw us. I told all the educators in toddler room 2 to call me when you think my daughter is tired so I come and pick her up, but they put my daughter to sleep at 11am, my daughter never sleeps at 11 and when I asked them why as it was unusual they got offended and repeated the same thing the second day on purpose. Bailee is very new at the centre she doesn’t know how to communicate with parents, my daughter was not even given water as her water bottle was full, they gave a wrong nappy size and my daughter had red marks around her waist and thighs, no photos were uploaded online for me to see my daughter because they knew that I would know and probably complain, no lunch/fruit or anything was given to her, my daughter’s mouth was very dry and she had bad breath because of being hungry. They are unprofessional and cruel people do not trust them they only want your money. After my email to the manager she didn’t even bother responding or apologising but she removed and canceled my daughter’s enrolment, they better refund the rest of my money soon. Read more
