My first impression was how clean, spacious, and beautifully organized the environment is. Safety is clearly a top priority here, which gives me great peace of mind. The educators are amazing—they are so gentle and caring, treating the kids like their own family. You can tell they truly love what they do. My child has made so much progress since joining. Great service love the way the staff and centre run

I toured Little Teds recently after visiting a few other centres. During the tour, all the staff members were Indian and majority of the kids were also Indian. Several staff held side conversations in Indian language while we were present. While I respect multilingual workplaces, it left us unsure whether they were talking about us. It was very rude and unprofessional. When families are on site, I expect staff conversations to be in English. I felt like I went to India when at the centre. We value cultural diversity and I am not being racist in anyway. Australia is proudly multicultural, and we love experiencing different cultures. We’d also love to see a multicultural mix of staff and families, as that creates rich learning opportunities. Our children could learn from a range of languages, traditions, and perspectives shared by educators and other children. Not just all being Indian. I’ve also been told there has been significant staff turnover since the change in ownership, which raises concerns.

A heartfelt and honest review from a happy parent: Yes, it is true that early this year Little Teds went through a difficult period during a change in management. Communication was poor, the transition was stressful, and wonderful long-term staff were unfortunately lost. Many families made the decision to leave, and we seriously considered it too. We chose to stay and give Little Teds a second chance, and I am so glad we did. The transition period is now behind them. The team has settled, and the staff who remained have shown great dedication and care. The two new educators in the kindy room, Emma and Hema, have been a fantastic addition to the team. They are warm, professional, and genuinely engaged with the children and parents. My son is in the kindy room and I am very happy with the care he is receiving, the quality of the program, and the overall environment. The special Little Teds vibe that we loved is definitely back. If you are looking for a small centre with low child-to-educator ratios, nurturing staff, and the flexibility to pack your child a lunchbox with food you know they like and will actually eat, Little Teds is definitely still worth considering. PS: This is a genuine review. I was not asked or encouraged to write it.

Until recently, this was an outstanding centre that we were proud to be part of. Our daughters began attending in 2017, and for years we experienced nothing but exceptional care and dedication from the long-standing staff. However, a change in management brought significant disruption. Many of the trusted, long-term educators either left or were let go under circumstances that felt abrupt and, in some cases, unfair. In addition, we noticed a decline in the quality of communication, administration, and CCS payment handling — areas that had previously run smoothly. Despite our hope that things would improve, we ultimately felt we had no choice but to move our children to a different centre. This decision was not made lightly, as we still have immense appreciation for the staff who once made this place feel like a second home.

Little Teds is a small and nurturing early learning centre that provides a safe and supportive environment where every child is valued and well looked after.I live in Corinda and highly recommend this centre to all families looking for care for their little ones.

Prior to early 2025 i would have said this was a lovely daycare and would have recommended it to families looking for a quality daycare centre. However since the change in management things have gone downhill very fast and i would not hesistate to tell prospective parents to think twice about enrolling their child. There is alot of lip service from the owner about valuing feedback but it's all tokenistic. All the changes were decided and implemented even when parents were against it or we were never notified at all.

The absolute best centre, until early 2025. A new owner has come in and sacked a dozen staff members. The place is a mess. It’s so sad because we sent our kids there for the prior 5 years and it was a truly happy and safe place. In recent months, we’ve withdrawn our youngest child, as we’re not confident he will receive a quality education in a safe and stable environment. The staff there are all amazing - these issues all due to the change of ownership.

Little teds was a little gem of the 4075s. Most staff had been working there for many years, developed strong bonds with colleagues and kids. However, new management arrived in 2025 and most staff have left. Enquires by parents have at best fallen on deaf ears, at worst met with aggressive rebuke. The environment was no longer positive, the place was in a steep transition period, and I felt after multiple years it was time to leave. Perhaps it will get better but with the current management I feel like it's a tall ask. My rating would be 5 stars but as is, my 2 star rating stands based solely on current management and lack of support for staff. I wish only the best for all staff I never got to say goodbye too, and those that continue to make little teds a gem despite current management.

Great child care centre! The educators are so kind, caring and encouraging, and most have been there long term. The other families and kids are lovely too. It’s a smaller daycare which means your kid isn’t just another number. Kindy program is great - my children are learning lots - and it has a big focus on diversity too which is important to us. Highly recommend!
