My family hasnt had a good experience here. My son went to happy feet for less than a year. Everytime i dropped off my son, i didnt even get a 'hello' and they wouldnt offer to hold my son as I had to rush to work. I had to put him in the high chair every single time! Then as I closed the door, the educators would walk away from my son and ignore his cries. It broke my heart everytime. I started to lose trust so i emailed a complaint hoping it would fix things. But all they did was tell the educators it was me who complained and they ignored me and my son more. They used to call me all the time at work that my son was 'sick' but they knew he was getting grommets put in and there was nothing i could do until his surgery. Educators in the babies room used to keep saying my son was "bored" but they didnt have anything interactive for him to play with. I ended up having to bring car toys in for my son to play with. They also said he was "adventurous" because he climbed on tables and they couldnt control his 'behaviour' because they were too busy holding small babies. My last straw was when on the app it said my son was given banana even though hes intolerant- which they knew. When I called to ask why he was given banana, they put an educator on the phone who wasnt even there when the banana was served. Which made me trust them even less. I then knew it was time to change childcare centers. I completely lost trust in this place. They dont care about childrens safety or parents worries. The last thing I received was an email saying that they appreciated my feedback and the team leader of the room will be planning more 'interactive activities' for the babies and toddlers. But isnt that the team leaders job- why are they planning now after my complaints.

Fantastic service in rooms, staff are really friendly and the admin team are great. They are a perfect second home for my little one.

While I do feel like this centre could do with a little more modernisation that matches the daily rate price point, the staff and centre director are highly receptive to feedback and definitely do come with their hearts in the right places. While I think they are performing excellently for the kinder age range, I do think the infant nursery is falling behind and could use more enrichment and development activities. Perhaps a fortnightly schedule with activities planned in advance? Because the daycare is staffed by good hearted people who are receptive to feedback, I can definitely see them improving and would not fully discount the place just. The staff at Happy Feet cared a lot to hear me out on this feedback. Thank you.

My son has been going there since he was 8 months old and now my 2nd born will be starting in 2 weeks. I fell inlove with the centre the moment I walked in as cleanliness is very important to me. Employees are amazing. My son absolutely adores his educators and he gets excited during drop offs. HAPPY FEET ELC is definitely my kids 2nd home. Could not be happier. Thank you so much team!

I Would rate it in minus if that was possible.Some educators were really amazing but some are so incompetent that they don't even know when the child is sick or just unsettled. I Use to get call from childcare just after I dropped my child saying her got high fever, whenever I went to pick her up after call,my child was absolutely fine without any sign of fever.This happened so many times that I had to change the facility. When complainedthey just try to cover each other by giving excuses that does not even make sense. HOPELESS

When I was walking past the day care center, heading to school, when I noticed something, I was with my friend paul, when we saw a possum drag out a young child, we of course did nothing, because we are simple minded teens, but while the possum was chewing the childs face, we continued to walk off to school. later that day, that same possum was at crc, it attacked paul and left him injured, not a good day care center.

As a student completing my Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care I did placement here. In complete honesty: the centre, staff and families are amazing. Such high standards in childcare and education. I wish I had sent my daughter here when she was in kinder.

There are only a handful of staff that are good here. My son has an allergy and came in contact 4 times while at this center. His Easter basket and craft was misplaced so he missed out. He didn't get to make a mother's day present or hand print card as they forgot he hadn't done one so again missed out. There's no communication between educators. No reply to emails from director when you send one stating your concerns.
