We’ve had a wonderful experience with Eden Academy over the past month. As a first-time mum, I was naturally anxious about sending my 7-month-old daughter to child care, but the incredible team here has made the transition so smooth and reassuring for both of us. A heartfelt thank you to Jacinta, Isaac, Hailey, Sarah, and Tanja for the genuine care, warmth, and attention they show every day. It’s evident how much they care—not just for the children but for the parents as well. I truly look forward to seeing Jacinta and Isaac every morning at drop-off. Their kind smiles and thoughtful conversations always set a positive tone for the day. The educators are attentive, nurturing, and always willing to listen. They engage beautifully with the children and make sure parents are well-informed and supported too. Knowing that my daughter is in such loving and capable hands gives me so much peace of mind. His confidence, vocabulary and independence has started shining through. The staff at Eden in Cranbourne West go above and beyond. They care to know our family members names, our traditions and culture and also incorporate anything that we have been doing outside of childcare into his activities there. For example we had our sons first camp fire, so his educators made a pretend one in childcare to Incorporate and extend on his learning and interest. Lastly to say that the team like to have a good time at work is an understatement. Taking all celebrations the extra mile, dressing up for discos and I mean truly dressing up and getting into the spirit. Spoiling us mums on Mother’s Day was next level. You really do join a wonderful community when you attend here and it’s so lovely and welcoming. We couldn’t be happier. Read more

Eden Academy Cranbourne west is hands down the best centre in the area. My son absolutely loves going there. From the moment , we stepped in , we immediately knew that this is exactly what we’ve been looking so far. The centre manager as well as the educators are lovely and very approachable. Educators always make sure to provide us with all the updates for our son towards the end of the day so that we do not miss on any information. They always goes above and beyond to cater my son’s individualised needs and willing to contribute to his development as much as they can . The centre is very clean , tidy and well equipped with structured activities in place . I would highly recommend Eden Academy Cranbourne West to anyone who is looking for a quality service . Read more
