Greetings! As an experienced, innovative and positive Early Childhood Teacher, my vision is to set each child on the path to exploration and discovery. 

Trusting relationships with children and reciprocal partnerships with families are at the heart of my philosophy. This has led not only to support agency and belonging in children but also helped them feel confident, trust others, and optimistically engage in experiences. Creating a safe and inclusive environment has allowed all children in my care to grow in confidence, security and friendship.

I have extensive experience in extending and enriching children's learning and development by providing high-quality education and care in a nurturing and play-based learning environment. Loose parts and natural resources are an integral part of all learning areas to spark children's curiosity and foster creativity. Learning with nature assists me in differentiating the teaching strategies and methods for catering to the diverse strengths, interests, dispositions, learning styles and needs of the children. I actively engage in the activities with the children and listen closely to them. Sustained conversations throughout the day add value to the curriculum that emerges from listening to children's voices and taking their lead. I take pride in actively involving all parents/caregivers in their child's learning journey.

To help your child reach his full potential, I have set a variety of learning areas both indoors and outdoors, including a home corner, construction area, Arts area, reading corner, nature walk experience, sand pit, stone pit, veggie garden, climbing frames, to name a few.
