Amazing staff, my son loves going to daycare, very lucky to have found such an amzing place

We’ve been with MercyCare Landsdale for 2.5 years. Since the moment we started we have felt our child has been supported and cared for as if he were part of the educators own family. The way every single staff member knows each child and their character, and the way they support them to develop and grow is incredible. The centre is warm and welcoming and most importantly, we feel our son is safe and happy there. He has grown so much in his time there, made great friends and his language, coordination, social and fine motor skills have been supported and enhanced with intentional developmental and educational programmes. We adore this daycare and feel so lucky to have found it. The entire team is absolutely lovely and no one has left the centre in our time here except to go on maternity leave. Their staff retention shows how great the environment is to work in and be a part of. If I could rate this place more than 5 stars, I would.

Staff are absolutely rude and disrespectful. Leaf blowing dust and debris onto parked cars. Aiming towards cars and also sweeping onto the carpark. Super upset about a damaged car!

I’m very impressed with MercyCare Early Learning Centre Landsdale. My child has shown remarkable improvements in development since attending the facility. From what I have seen the staff genuinely care for the children and do a fantastic job of keeping me updated with daily activities through the app.

I volunteered at this place for about 20 hours, and I could really see how much the staff love the kids. From what I saw, the kids were treated with love and respect, and the kids were taught well. Was there times I didn’t fully agree with the teaching style? Yes of course, but I always saw the staff being kind towards the kids. I learnt so much about childcare, and I think the staff are heroes, especially Alyssa and Yasmita. I never saw any discrimination towards the kids, despite the kids being of all different religions and backgrounds. I saw an active effort to be inclusive, such as having different skin colours dolls for representation, which one kid was extremely happy with and said ‘She looks like me!’. Additionally, there was not gender bias towards the kids, boys are encouraged to play with dolls, as girls are to play typically male sports. Its this inclusion and love towards the kids that makes MercyCare Lansdale a great place. I would definitely send my kid there.

We were enrolled at two different centers when we first needed child care, only due to industry demand we couldn’t have all the days we needed. Our first ever childcare experience and within 6 months I could tell the difference between the two centers, one was clearly following curriculum requirements, while the other was yet to demonstrate any evidence during the 6months. Our daughter was obviously more comfortable at MC, and fortunately we managed to pick up the extra days with MC. They’re so patient with our little sass pot, and her transition from the babies room to Toddlers was seamless (for us atleast!). We have nothing but nice things to say about the entire team. 💛

Great centre. My son has developmental delays and struggles in most situations but he absolutely loves attending here. Every morning when we pull the car up to drop him off he has a big smile on his face. The educators are really lovely and attentive
