AMIGA Montessori has been a wonderful place for my daughter over the past 3 years. I have seen such positive growth in her in every way. The Centre Manager, Ledia, is kind, approachable, and very supportive, and all the educators are caring and dedicated. I feel confident knowing my daughter is in such good hands. Highly recommend this centre.

My kids were at this centre for over a year, and the experience wasn’t great. Staff act friendly at drop-off, but once you leave, they don’t seem to care much. Some older staff focus only on their favourite kids or kids they personally know. We kept getting the same “wonderful day” message even when nothing meaningful happened. The centre looks good from the outside, but our experience wasn’t positive. I’ve removed my kids, and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Whenever an honest, critical review is posted about Amiga Montessori Cranbourne North, it tends to disappear within days, and is often followed by a sudden wave of generic, overly positive 5-star reviews. This raises valid concerns about the authenticity of feedback being presented to the public. Genuine parent experiences — both good and bad — should not be filtered or buried. So I ask you Amiga Montessori, Cranbourne North why praise the good reviews and not address the bad. What do you have to hide?

My daughter started Amiga in March, i am having such a wonderful experience at Amiga Montessori Cranbourne North. My daughter love her teachers in room, From the very first day, the educators of Amiga were warm, welcoming, and incredibly patient with my daughter. The environment is clean, calm, and engaging, and i could tell right away that the team truly cares about every child’s wellbeing and development. The daily updates through the app and the regular feedback from educators help me stay connected and reassured. I especially appreciate the Montessori approach, which encourages curiosity and hands-on learning. My Son is there since he turned 11 months and so far we have found a very caring and professional environment. All staff members are wonderful and take full care of all children. I have seen a very positive difference in my child and have felt very safe leaving my child over there. 100% recommended to all

Do not send your children to this daycare. My daughter has personally witnessed multiple incidents where children were placed in unsafe situations due to the negligence and lack of proper supervision by the staff in such a short period of time. What’s even more alarming is that the daycare consistently turns a blind eye to dangerous behaviour from staff members’ own children, putting others at risk and showing clear favouritism at the expense of safety. This isn’t just unprofessional — it’s irresponsible and dangerous. Children are being exposed to harmful situations because those in charge are failing to take action. To make matters worse, fake positive reviews are being posted by staff and those connected to the daycare to cover up what’s really happening. Don’t be fooled by the high ratings — they do not reflect the reality inside. If your child is currently enrolled here, I strongly urge you to withdraw them immediately. Your child deserves to be in a safe, attentive, and responsible environment — and this daycare is not providing that.

Hi, We absolutely love Amiga Montessori — the staff, director, and admin teachers are all so kind and welcoming. The centre is always clean and well-maintained, and they truly pay attention to even the smallest needs of my son. Miss Ledia is always smiling, gentle, and loving toward my child, and Rachel is also always cheerful, helpful, and greets us with a warm “Good morning” every day. My son is very happy here — he loves coming to the centre and is learning so much. We’re really grateful to be part of such a caring and supportive environment.

I am writing to express significant concerns regarding the care provided at this facility. My experience leads me to strongly advise against enrolling your child here. The level of care was severely inadequate, and I observed what I perceived to be manipulative behavior from some educators. I understand that the facility is currently under investigation for multiple factors. Due to these issues, and the distress it caused my daughter, I found it necessary to remove her from this daycare as soon as possible. This experience has unfortunately resulted in my daughter developing a fear of daycare environments.

Amiga montissori is not only nurturing but also beautifully fosters independence and a love for learning. The thoughtfully prepared classrooms, filled with engaging materials, have encouraged my child to explore their interests and develop critical skills at their own pace. It is highly recommend to those who look for structured learning environment than play base.
