A wonderful centre, lead by a rockstar Director Marie with her fab 2IC Hannah, who get to know all the kids personally, and run the centre perfectly. All of the educators are so warm, invested in child development and treat the kids with dignity and respect, so thankful to have chosen Goodstart Horningsea Park for my boy.

Goodstart Horningseapark has some excellent educators. I would like to specifically commend Nighat and Veena from the preschool room. They are kind, compassionate, passionate, and genuinely interested in caring for the children. Our preschool graduation celebration was well coordinated and organised, and above all, it was a true team effort. They’re incredibly responsive to feedback, genuinely listen to each child’s voice, and approach every interaction with warmth, compassion, and professionalism. What really sets this centre apart is how they cater to each child as an individual — nothing about their care feels “cookie cutter.” The educators are genuinely invested in the children’s wellbeing and development, and it shows. Our child is absolutely thriving. Another standout is the remarkably low staff turnover. It’s a clear reflection of strong, consistent leadership and a well-supported team. This stability brings so much comfort as a parent and creates a secure, predictable environment for the children. The director is approachable, supportive, and always focused on what’s best for both children and families. Such an amazing centre. Kids are genuinely cared for, and the educators treat them with love and kindness. They have been so accommodating for my children, one which has complex medical needs. Marie the director is so approachable and welcomes every child and parent that she passes by. I highly recommend the centre, its everything you want, as a parent, in a child care centre.

From the moment we enrolled her, the team made us feel welcomed, supported, and truly part of a community. The educators are incredibly warm, patient, and attentive. They take time to understand each child’s personality, interests, and needs, and they always greet Zafira with genuine enthusiasm. It’s clear they are passionate about early childhood development and dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing environment. I am especially impressed with the centre’s learning programs. Every day, Zafira comes home excited to share something new—whether it’s a creative art project, a fun science activity, or new words she has learned. The balance between structured learning and free play helps her grow socially, emotionally, and intellectually. Communication is excellent as well. The staff keep us updated with photos, daily reports, and helpful insights into Zafira’s progress. It gives us so much confidence knowing she is in such capable hands. The facilities are clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with children in mind. The outdoor play area is fantastic, and the classrooms are always set up with engaging, age-appropriate activities. Overall, Goodstart Early Learning Horningsea Park has been a wonderful experience for our family. Seeing Zafira happy, confident, and thriving each day is the biggest reassurance. We are truly grateful for the amazing educators and the positive environment they provide. Highly recommended to any parent looking for quality early learning and genuine care.

I have had a great experience at this centre with both my children. The educators are knowledgeable, kind and caring and the communication from centre and Director is excellent. There is a real sense of community and a low staff turnover which means my kids have been able to develop long-term bonds with their educators which is so important. I can tell the team is genuinely invested in my children's development and ensuring they are in fun and safe environment.

When my baby first started in the nursery, he struggled with sleeping and feeding. The nursery team has gone above and beyond to support him and also our family as first time parents to go through every stage. Their level of patience, care, and consistency not only helped him settle into a healthy routine but also build a strong and secure relationship with his educators. Thank you to Ms Sushma, Ms Taslima, and Ms Anna for making this happen.The nurturing environment the centre provides is exceptional, he is so happy to attend each day. He feels safe, confident, and has opened up so much! The centre director, Marie, is always approachable and responsive to all the concerns. She is everyday there to support the rooms and interact with the children. We are incredibly grateful for the love, professionalism, and commitment the team shows. It gives us great peace of mind knowing our child is truly cared for. Amazing team!! Highly recommended.

When the centre opened, I had 3 children attending and was pregnant with my twins. When it was time for my twins to attend, I had 5 children attending and it was hard getting them into the centre by myself. I would never ask for help, yet someone was always there waiting to help me bring the little babies in. The educators here (Ms. Asmita, Ms. Anna, Ms. Hanna, Ms. Sushma, Ms. Devi, Ms. Annie, Ms. Kim, Ms. Nafisa, Ms. Veena, Ms. Farzana, Ms. Susie, Ms. Shainaz, Ms. Nighat, Ms. Nudrat, Ms. Sreety, Ms. Danielle and Ms. Maggie) are beyond amazing, the things they teach your kids, the love and kindness they show is incredible. Marie is the centre manager and I believe she brings the whole centre to life. She isn’t one to sit in her office all day. I’ve witness her acknowledge each child by name as they walk in the morning and help children who are having bad mornings have a smooth transition into their rooms (even with my kids). Anyone who is looking for a centre, I honestly cannot recommend this place enough!
