I felt at my child's previous daycare, they didn't provide appropriate feedback and updates on progress, even when asked. My child was able to seamlessly transition into this environment, and thoroughly enjoyed it from day one, due to the nurturing educational environment that allows children to thrive. The difference in my child's engagement and happiness was immediately apparent. The fact that the team speak Mandarin is a bonus! I only wish I had discovered Little Light Preschool sooner! My child greatly enjoyed the vacation care program, from soccer coaches to art and hospital incursions, and immersion in the Chinese language. I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Little Light Preschool for my child. As a bilingual daycare, it holds special meaning for me and my cultural roots. I’ve always wanted my child to be exposed to a new language early on, and I truly believe it’s a gift for their brain development. Lisa has created such a joyful, engaging learning environment. I love how she weaves fun and language learning throughout the day—it’s such a joy to see my child come home excited to use his new language skills. One of the standout aspects for me is the calm and nurturing atmosphere. It has really helped ease the anxiety that can come with separating from parents, especially for younger children. The environment is peaceful, the children are focused and happy, and there’s none of the chaos or overwhelm I’ve seen in larger, more commercial childcare centers. I feel completely at ease sending my child here and confident that he is being well cared for and supported in every way. Read more
