We have been part of the Nido Scarborough family since the service opened and we have just completed our childcare journey, as we move to Pre-primary this year. It's been a highly positive experience and I can't recommend it enough. The educators are caring, patient, competent and supportive. Tanya from the office is incredibly helpful. The facilities are great, the environment is safe and the food is outstanding. Just good memories :)

My twins daughters, have been attending this daycare since they were 9 months old, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. The team is incredibly caring, attentive, and always supportive of the children’s development. I see every day how safe, loved, and encouraged they feel in this environment. Communication is excellent, the activities are well planned, and I’ve noticed amazing progress in all areas — social, emotional, and learning. I’m truly grateful for all the care and dedication. I could not ask for a better care for our son. He had a really hard time settling in at drop offs and all the team went above and beyond to make him feel safe and welcomed. Now tears are replaced with giggles and cuddles to his favourite educators. Tanya, Jiaru and Jambay - your love and devotion for the little ones is unmatched and everyone can clearly see that it is more than just a job for you and I am so thankful our family found you!

My son absolutely loves his time at Nido! The educators are amazing and truly dedicated to helping the kids grow and feel safe. We have had nothing but an outstanding experience in the year we have been with Nido Scarborough so far, and feel so grateful to have found a place where our daughter is not just cared for, she is genuinely loved. From the very first day, the warmth of the team has stood out. Every single educator, even those not in her room, greets her with a big smile at drop-off, and Tanya and Ellen in the front office always make a point of saying a big good morning to her and having a chat. Even her educators from her old room still come out for a cuddle and hello when they see her. It speaks volumes about the culture here that she has built relationships across the whole centre, not just in her classroom. Pickup is honestly one of my favourite parts of the day because our daughter refuses to leave without doing her “farewell tour”, popping in to each room and even poking her head in the office to say goodbye to everyone. You can’t manufacture that kind of connection. It only happens when children feel truly seen, safe and adored. The educators are attentive, compassionate, and intentional in their teaching. We can see the positive impact every month, her confidence, communication, social skills and independence have flourished. The team also communicates incredibly well, which gives us real peace of mind as working parents. It’s clear that the environment isn’t just about childcare, it’s about belonging, joy, and genuine community, which is what initially stood out to us right away. They have become such an important part of our daughter’s world, and we couldnt recommend it more highly.

When we moved house, I transferred my first child from another daycare, and I was amazed by the difference. My kids are so happy here. The educators are caring, the environment is warm and welcoming, and Tanya from the admin team is always so helpful and kind. I can’t speak more highly of the team at Nidos in Scarborough. The educators and staff are some of the nicest most caring people I’ve met, always smiling and giving my daughter so much care and attention. The personalised development and learnings are second to none, she is learning new things everyday and I get to see how much fun she is having through the story park app daily. The facility’s are the best I’ve seen, very clean and tidy and they even have a piazza for a lunchroom. So happy we chose Nido!

My 2.5 year old has been attending here for 5 months and she absolutely loves it. She absolutely adores her classroom teacher Kyoung and is so excited to go see her friends all the time. Beautiful facility too :)

Really happy with Nido. They have recently made changes where the same educators are regularly looking after the same rooms. My 2 year old has since blossomed and found comfort seeing the same faces upon arrival. Big shout out to educator Kyoung for always being so invested in play time. The kids love you!
