Years ago when I went to this school, I met an ableist teacher. She said a few times autistic people had something wrong... Years ago when I went to this school, I met an ableist teacher. She said a few times autistic people had something wrong with them. I tried to change classes and she confronted me about it and discouraged me about it because she wanted me to think I would regret it. Was at montessori brighton for a year and left with more trauma and emotional baggage then I entered with. I’d have panick attacks every morning and would be scared to show up to school crying, because it was one of the many things I would get in trouble for. My mum had to buy eyedrops so my eyes wouldn’t look so sore from crying in the morning before I went into school. Read more
