After 5 years as a parent at Tillys Rutherford, I am happy to recommend them to all of my friends and family. The team are always striving for excellence in every aspect of care, be that safety, food, curriculum, staff morale, communication or any other aspect you could mention.

The educators are absolutely amazing couldnt ask for better people

I highly recommend Tilly's Rutherford. My little one has attended now for approximately 2.5yrs, so I can speak from experience. This centre is beyond exceptional, there is an almost non-existant staff turnover which tells me that the staff themselves are happy and cared for. They have a fantastic structure for nappies, routines, learning and development. The activities the kids participate in are so well thought out and fun. I love the centre's commitment to indigenous inclusivity and teaching the children about the rich Aboriginal culture, artwork and connection to the land. The food menu is awesome, they are more than willing to cater to dietary requirements and allergies. The staff are such caring, beautiful humans and I cannot express how kind they are. My baby is so happy and talks all the time about how much she loves her educators. I genuinely have 0 complaints and the best thing is, even if I did, I know 100% that they would listen and take it on board. I am that confident in this team. I will tell anyone who will listen about Tilly's Rutherford, they are worth a walk through at bare minimum... and once you do, you'll see what I mean. Our girl just started here a few weeks ago and my only regret is not finding this place 2 years ago! They have been so amazing with her, understanding that she has her own ways and that it’s ok! Specials mention to Mel, Maureen, and the educators in the tigers room for their ongoing support and acknowledging our girls anxiety and extra support needed to get through, what use to be such a stressful process at times, you all have made the transition so much more comfortable for us!

We've used Tillys Rutherford since it opened in March 2018 and both my oldest children went there. They've had nothing but wonderful experiences there and the educators are phenomenal. Tillys has been a big part in helping to raise my children into the wonderful little humans they are becoming.
