What can I say but positive things for this place. We had our youngest move across from another centre when we moved to riverstone 1.5 years ago and the team couldn’t have been of any more help during this. They kept us informed, actually checked in with us during the first few weeks and made everything feel safe. Really family oriented place and they treat yours like their own. Our daughter has just finished up as she heads off to big school and has learnt so much and grown into a capable big kid ! Thanks Leap Pad

This is a very overdue positive review. When we moved to Riverstone, our daughter was five years old and only needed around five months of daycare before starting kindy. She had been at her previous daycare since she was two and was deeply attached, so the transition was emotionally tough for her. She was anxious, very reluctant, and even struggled to attend the introduction day. From the very beginning, Nithya and Lakshmi showed such patience, gentleness, and genuine care. Their warmth helped our daughter slowly open up and feel safe enough to join in. The first week was especially hard, with many tears, but through consistent reassurance, kindness, and thoughtful inclusion alongside the other children, she began to feel that she truly belonged. Beyond settling in, Leap Pad has also been a beautiful place for her to learn about diversity and inclusivity. Being surrounded by educators and friends from different backgrounds helped her develop empathy, confidence, and an open heart at such an important age. Our family is incredibly grateful to the entire team, especially Mrs Nithya, Mrs Lakhsmi, Miss Anjali Derasari, Miss Monika Verma, Miss Amandeep Kaur, and Miss Rajeswari, for their dedication, care, and compassion. Thank you for creating such a nurturing and inclusive environment for our child.

We are very pleased with Leap pad Early learning centre. It provides a warm, homely environment where children feel safe and comfortable from the moment they arrive. The place is always tidy, well-organised, and maintained to high standards, which gives us peace of mind as parents. The educators are exceptional – caring, patient, and attentive to each child’s individual needs. They create engaging activities that encourage learning and development while also fostering kindness and confidence. It truly feels like a second home for our child, and we are grateful for the genuine care and dedication shown by the entire team. Highly recommended!

We are so grateful to all the staff for providing such a warm, caring, and nurturing environment for our child. My son absolutely loved going every day, and it was heartwarming to see how excited he was to be there. My boys have been attending Leap Pad for a couple of months now and we could not be happier with the level of care and nurturing provided by the Leap Pad team! We are always met with a friendly smile when we arrive and educators are always so lovely, know our boys well and can give specific details about their day, their personalities and their strengths and goals they are working on. We truly feel so blessed to have found you after our horrible experience at a different centre. Our boys felt more comfortable in the first 2 days here than they ever felt in 2 months at the old centre, and that is truly a testament to the wonderful job that all the staff are doing here at Leap Pad. Thankyou Lakshmi and Sri, for finding such a wonderful team of educators to care for our beautiful babies ❤️ and Thankyou to each and every one of the educators here that make it that little bit easier to leave our kids in the hands of others.

I highly recommend Leap Pad to any parent looking for daycare options for their children. Our son is so well looked after, he enjoys the stimulating environment provided for their little minds. Even a special menu was created for him due to certain personal circumstances - thanks Ms Maria, he loves your food! He is not a number here but an individual who is given a lot of love and care from ALL his Educators! My husband and I feel so secure and comfortable when we say goodbye to him knowing he is in good hands with a lovely team who are genuinely very caring to all the children. My son loves the centre and is so happy and cheerful in the evenings when we pick him up! We get a good update on the app about his day which is so lovely to see and read! Our sincere thanks to Sri and Lakshmi for getting a lovely team together! Thanks to Ms Swapna and Ms Reema who were the first Educators to look after our son and now, Ms Sri, Ms Swathi, Ms Charlene! He knows your names and takes it at home! Thanks also to Ms Aman and my apologies, not got my head to remembering a few more who have joined the team recently! It's not easy but you seem to enjoy what you do and that is testament in our son's smile daily!

The educators Sri and Swathi are very loving and caring. They are engaging kids in different activities throughout the day. Lakshmi is running a very good and professional service. Update on the routine is provided in detail. My daughter comes back home happy thanks to the extra efforts the educators are putting in to develop a bond with the kids.

Excellent new daycare. The center management is responsive understanding and works on every feedback. Good program and good food menu as well. My little one is enjoying her time at this newly opened place. Great work by Ms Rachel and Ms Lakshmi and the educators team
