Our daughter had a very difficult start to her childcare journey. Before visiting Out and About, we tried another centre on the Coast, but despite various strategies, we just couldn’t make it work. From the moment we visited Out and About, everything felt different. Our daughter immediately connected with the educators in the baby room — the space was bright, happy, and full of positive energy. Coming from a foreign-language background, we were incredibly impressed by how the team went above and beyond to communicate with our 11-month-old and make her feel comfortable. The educators were always patient, caring, and supportive as we gave childcare a second try. Our daughter has settled in beautifully, and we are forever grateful to have found the amazing team at Out and About. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend this centre to other families. Highly recommend Out & About Care & Education Newspaper Place to anyone looking for caring, nurturing childcare. We have been attending since the centre first opened and we couldn't be happier with our choice in care 3+ years later. We now travel a fair distance just to attend Out & About and the peace of mind for quality care is worth the travel 100%. For me a clear sign is alot the staff have been there from the beginning and all know our children (even staff from other rooms), the meals the chef's make are fantastic and the outdoor play spaces are so great that my children never want to leave 😆. I was so anxious trying to decide on a centre but couldn’t be happier with our choice - the centre is clean, inviting and it is clear from the moment you enter that this daycare truly cares about providing a great experience for children and their families. The entire team from admin, to the chefs, educators, director and owner are so warm and welcoming and go out of their way to greet us every time. The educators in the Hello Baby are incredible and go above and beyond to provide such wonderful care to our little boy :) Read more
