My son started attending at 6 months of age, and we have had nothing but fabulous support and care for him over the last 18 months. Bek the director takes on all feedback and is incredibly proactive. The staff genuinely care and go above and beyond. We love the community the centre has created and feel so lucky to have social activities offered such as pizza nights, Mother’s Day celebrations, Christmas parties etc allowing us to build relationships with staff and other parents. The food is incredible and super healthy. Take home meals also a life saver. We feel so lucky to have Paisley Park and the team at prospect supporting us raise our child.

We’ve been attending Paisley for years and throughout our daughter (and now sons) enrolment we’ve loved this daycare for so many reasons. Our kids have always had exceptional care with responsive staff. We’ve also appreciated the little extras, date nights, parenting seminars, take home meals and events which help to build such a beautiful community. 5 stars, no notes!

We absolutely love Paisley Park at Prospect! My 4yr old has been going since 4 months old and it is such a family community. They are fantastic with the kids and keep us up to date with their days quite thoroughly. Chef Matteo is incredible, the kids absolutely adore him and no matter how much food prep he is doing, the kitchen is always immaculate! He has also done in class cooking sessions with the kids such as making dough to make their own pizzas! There is also a fridge of take home meals for families with a rotating menu weekly at a great price and it is so handy for those busy or lazy nights! There is also a community room where parents can make themself a coffee or grab a little nibble and chat with other parents in passing. Every now and then Chef Matteo puts out a breakfast on the go spread for morning drop off. I find the cleanliness of the whole centre fantastic! We are very well informed of sickness' circulating and they do deep cleans. 😊 Their programs are great and my little man loves going! They have some fantastic incursions as well as pets on site such as chickens, birds and fish so they learn about the cycle of life, looking after them, cleaning, feeding and collecting eggs from the chooks. They learn so much independence including how to serve their own food from a young age and clean up after themselves. It is very well structured compared to when we chat to parents from other centres and find our son has learnt so many great things from attending. There are ample amounts of outdoor play areas including a huge undercover space where they can close the rollerdoors when it is raining/bad weather so they can still do things outdoors but enclosed. The 2 biggers classes are on the other end of the 3 smaller classes so have separate play areas but do mix areas too. The centre feels very open with glass windows everywhere creating a lot of natural sunlight and ensuring all educators can see eachother at all times including the bathroom area to prevent any concerns of anything inappropriate occurring. The bathrooms are well designed and the children are well supported through toilet training. It is the only childcare we toured that didn't feel like a jail cell at the time and makes us feel so calm and happy sending him there knowing he is in a beautiful and loving environment 😊 we have since moved living from the area and toured places closer but have kept him there because nothing has compared to Paisley Park Prospect and will be sending our baby there when the time comes!. Bek (Director) and the whole team have done a fantastic job with getting the Prospect site on it's feet as it opened 4 years ago and they always have a smile when you are coming or going for the day. All the staff are very approachable and always open for a chat! I find the educators make a great effort to inform us of our childs day as best as they can amongst the chaos. We are well informed with transitioning rooms and it is very well thought out and the children are very well supported through that phase 😊 They do monthly date nights where you can leave your child there for a couple hrs, pizza nights to get to chat with the educators and other parents in the same room, informative seminars and family fun events with Mothers Day being the most recent one 😊 Nappy changes, amounts of food eaten, milk intake, and naps are all noted on paper which is on display for you to view on pickup. Daily reflections and the Chefs menu for the day is in the KindyHub app including pictures. You also get individual portfolios monthly. There is monthly newsletters and prompt emails of staff changes/illnesses and anything else important. We are always well informed of any incidents with a phone call which then follows with an incident report. They also have a great transition to school program and we are feeling very well supported through the process :) highly recommend booking a tour!

Incredibly wonderful experience with Paisley Park Prospect. Since starting there 2 years ago, my child has felt comfortable and thrived in each room. The educators are kind, warm and caring. They supported me through new parenthood and are my child’s biggest advocates. My child always has so much fun with the nature based activities (eating breakfast with the caterpillars and seeing them grown in to butterflies, rescue animal farms etc.), the food is delicious and their community outreach is incredible.

We highly recommend Paisley Park Prospect Childcare center. It’s a very well run organization with a fantastic hands on director and amazing educators in every room! The educators are friendly, warm and welcoming and their care for children is exceptional. They help and support the children achieve their age appropriate developmental milestones and are happy, caring and communicate well with families. The center is a great, clean and safe facility that offers plenty of indoor/outdoor play spaces, good sized rooms and additional interest areas such as chickens! Their daily menus are chef created and provide a variety of nutritious, flavorsome and delicious food. Another big plus for this centre is their offering of a date night and parental seminars that are very helpful and informative for parents. They do all the little things right!

Paisley Park in Prospect is a fantastic centre! When we first began, the kids looked forward to seeing the chickens, birds, and hermit crabs. Now that we've been attending for 6 months, they look forward to seeing their educators and friends. Our four year old especially loves the sports program run on a Friday by an external coach who comes each week. The team of educators work incredibly hard to deliver six educational subjects to every class, every day. I am amazed at how much our 1 year old has learnt in such a short time. The staff are genuinely warm, the resources are constantly changing, the facilities are well cleaned, and the offerings of take home meals are just one example of how Paisley Park extend their care beyond the classroom. I can't speak highly enough of Paisley Park!

As new parents sending our 1‑year‑old to childcare for the very first time, we were understandably nervous, but Paisley Park Prospect made the entire experience feel safe, supported, and genuinely welcoming. From day one, the staff have been kind, patient, and incredibly reassuring. Any admin or finance questions we’ve had have always been answered promptly and helpfully, which made navigating those early days so much easier. Two years on, we’re still so happy with our decision to choose Paisley Park. The educators are a wonderful group of people who clearly care about the children, and our daughter has formed beautiful bonds as she’s moved through four different classrooms. It’s been amazing to watch her grow, learn, and thrive in such a nurturing environment. The facilities are lovely. Bright indoor spaces, great outdoor play areas, and plenty of opportunities for exploration and creativity. We also really appreciate the events held throughout the year, which help build a genuine sense of community among families and staff. We’re very happy with Paisley Park Prospect and would confidently recommend it to any family looking for an early learning centre.

The educators here are brilliant and have a genuine care for our child who has formed such a lovely bond with so many of them. I feel confident that my child is safe and well looked after. Chef Matteo is amazing, my child eats better than I do and they provide take home meals for purchase! We love the facilities including the large undercover shared space so the kids are not stuck in one room all day when it’s raining or too hot. The community events are great and provide opportunity to connect with other families we highly recommend Paisley Park Prospect!

The educators are incredibly warm and caring, creating a lovely and welcoming atmosphere. The centre is spacious and beautifully designed. The Friday baby sensory play is amazing and thoughtfully planned. We feel very happy here.
