We had a truly wonderful experience with Emali Prospect. My daughter started here in the Walkers room in November 2021 when she was just 1 year and 8 months old, and graduated in December 2024 from Safari. As the first child in our family to attend childcare, we were naturally a bit anxious—but from the very beginning, the team made us feel comfortable, supported, and confident in our decision. The educators were incredibly caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in each child’s wellbeing and development. Even now, my daughter still talks fondly about her teachers and her time there, which says so much about the positive environment they create. One thing we deeply appreciated was how mindful and responsible the staff were regarding my daughter’s atopic dermatitis. They handled her condition with great care, always ensuring her medication needs were met and that she was comfortable and safe. Over the years, we saw her grow not just academically but in all aspects of life—she developed confidence, independence, social skills, and strong routines. It truly felt like a second home where she learned essential life skills. A special thank you to the chef Linda as well—my daughter absolutely loved the nourishing meals provided and still talks about the food! It gave us so much peace of mind knowing she was eating well every day. As a mum, I couldn’t be happier with the care, love, and support this centre has provided our family. A special shout out to everyone in the team over the years- Leilani, Malsha (Maria), Karen, Sarah, Somaia, Radmila, Florence, Maritza, Alana, Dhruva, Alvina, Philip, Thapana, Jemma, Helen, Bindu, Madi and Nargis! We will forever be grateful to you all.

Our son attended Emali Prospect for just over a year and we loved it. Professional & caring staff, fantastic facilities, consistent updates and fun activites were all part of an amazing experience with the team. If we had of stayed in the area, we would have stayed. Thanks Team!

STAY AWAY - these people are actively promoting invasion day, Parents have raised concerns after a childcare centre distributed an “unapproved” calendar to families.

We moved from Sydney 2 years ago and after having an unpleasent experience at one of the other Daycares in our area, we selected Emali Prospect. To our relief, Emali was what our son needed. Genuine care, encouragement and fun along the way, is what my son has experienced in the years he has been with Emali. We are going to miss the Emali family, staff and kids as we go to “big” school in 2026. The staff of Emali have been amazing and I would highly recommend it to other families. We have had the most wonderful experience at Emali, Prospect. I was nervous to send my daughter to child care as I was not sure how she would go being away from me, but from our first visit we were made to feel so welcome and she settled in beautifully - I am sure that this is due to the wonderful, gentle nature of the staff and their approach which is firmly rooted in forming strong attachment with the children. All of the staff we have met seem dedicated and committed to the wellbeing and development of the children. We were encouraged to do orientation visits which made me feel so confident to see her thrive and settle in her room. I feel confident that my child is well looked after and having a great experience when she is there, which makes me feel that I can really focus on what I need to do (eg work) when she is there. I am so grateful we have had such a positive child care experience. I really can’t imagine my daughter going to child care anywhere else!

My daughter has been attending Emali Prospect for six months now, and I can honestly say that it’s been a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, we were immediately struck by the warmth and professionalism of Nargis and Madi. They made us feel so welcomed and reassured, which ultimately led us to make the decision on that very first day—and we’ve never looked back! Remarkably, within just one week, my daughter had fully adapted to the childcare environment. She was excited to go every day, and I could see how much she was growing and learning. It was truly a smooth transition, and she was always happy and progressing. Every teacher we’ve met since then has been incredibly professional and caring. It’s clear that the entire team is passionate about what they do, and that enthusiasm is reflected in the way they engage with the children. I’ve always felt confident in leaving my daughter in their hands.
