As an Early Childhood Education student completing my placement at KPA, I have been deeply impressed by the dedication and professionalism of the educators. Each team member takes their responsibilities seriously, ensuring every child feels supported, nurtured, and engaged throughout the day. The centre director is incredibly knowledgeable, with a strong understanding of both early childhood pedagogy and the practical needs of a high-quality learning environment. Their leadership sets a positive tone across the centre, fostering collaboration among educators and maintaining a clear focus on children’s developmental needs. Our daughter has attended KPA for over two years and she has absolutely loved it! She is always excited to attend and the staff and director have been excellent and very caring. My husband and I are impressed with how much our daughter has learnt during her time at KPA. She has really excelled in this environment and we can’t thank the educators enough. The daily updates and photos shared on the app showcase a range of educational and fun activities arranged by the educators each day. Whilst this centre doesn’t have an outdoor area, it has an oversized play zone on the lower level which the children enjoy. Thanks again ! Read more

Don't let location of pennant hills rd deter you, my daughter has attended since she was 8 months old ( now 2.4yrs) always parking underneath or in Thompson corner shopping centre carpark. The indoor play area on ground floor has been fantastic with two sand pits, bike track, climbing castle with slide and dress up shed!. Yes it's not "outdoors" but the kids are able to run around and play everyday without the weather elements. I do feel this has lead to less daycare illnesses. The educators really invest in your children and family, taking a genuine interest in your child likes/dislikes and supporting your family goals. I cannot speak highly of them enough. My daughter is always genuinely excited to attend daycare and when you ask who her friends are you are guaranteed a combo of peers and educators names which I think shows how involved they are with our children's day and relationship development. classrooms up on the 1st floor are light filled and come alive with themes created by educators, although separated into ages the children get the opportunity to mix and it really is a little peer community! I cannot thank the staff enough for supporting my family into the world of daycare especially as she was so young. You've set the education bar very high for other facilities in the future KPA! Below is a review I initially wrote about Young Academics Daycare Centre over 10 months ago. This review does not pertain to Kids Planet Academy. Owners, management and staff have since changed. Last December we had to withdraw our children because of the inappropriate actions of 2 Staff members and also the continual health issues that this indoor centre encounters. Our 2 children are now thriving at school and another daycare. Two of our children attend this centre and we highly recommend it. The staff are very caring and experienced and cater for the emotional and educational needs of all children in their care. The director, Miss Louie, is both professional and friendly and very much aware of and actively involved in all childcare activities. She is, like all of her staff, easy to approach and communicate with. Classrooms are always well organised, clean and always filled with interesting artworks and science displays. The needs and interests of our children are well met with the learning opportunities at this centre encouraging investigation, imaginative play and cognitive development. As parents we are kept well informed every day with regular lesson/program updates and photos/videos on OWNA. Our children love seeing themselves and talking about what they did during the day. The centre’s chef provides a nutritionally balanced and culturally diverse menu. Our children enjoy the food and often ask for second helpings. This is a very family orientated centre. Although children have their separate classrooms there are ample opportunities for siblings to interact with one another and spend time together. Read more
