My child had already attended two different childcare centres before joining Kids Planet. He has now been at Kids Planet for six months, and the difference has been very clear. He is so happy there that even on weekends he looks forward to going to daycare. I think that says a lot about how well he is being cared for at Kids Planet. We are very grateful for the love, attention, and support the educators provide every day.

My child attended this centre from Nursery and we were initially happy. Unfortunately, after the management changed the quality noticeably declined which is the reason to withdraw our child. There was lack of clear direction and no concrete curriculum planing to support our children's development. The place also become untidy, lot of going on and poorly Maintained. My major concern was the safety of my child, 2nd floor rooms have no access to the indoor playground when the lift is not working. Lift is the only way out going up and down. I was concerned that educators allowed to work with families outside the centre and they have personal relationship with. No diverse educators inside the centre and even children focus only in certain community.

My son has been at Kid's Planet for two and a half years and he has learnt so much from being there. He has learnt about safety, toilet training, how to interact with friends and how to handle big emotions. Teacher Yanan, Mr Eddie, Miss Indri and Louis are amazing carers who have guided and helped my child prepare for the next stage. They are incredibly knowledgeable about the early years and wonderful carers, you can rest easy that your child is in good hands while you are at work.

Our family has been with Kids Planet Academy - West Pennant Hills for many years, and we couldn’t be happier. Our youngest has been there since he was a baby — everyone knows him and treats him like part of their big family. It really feels like his second home! Our two older kids also attended Kids Planet Academy - West Pennant Hills before starting primary school, and we can see how much the experience helped them grow — not only academically, but also in confidence and independence. The teachers truly respect the children’s ideas and decisions, and they often organize wonderful excursions and community activities. We really appreciate how much love, care, and effort the team puts into every child. Highly recommend this centre to any family looking for a warm, respectful, and engaging environment for their kids.

I never thought I’d start my daughter in care before she turned one — until I found KPA. From the first playgroup session, she felt so safe, happy, and loved. The educators are amazing — they truly care, notice every little thing, and make each child feel special. I’m so thankful for how gentle and supportive they’ve been with her (and with me as a first-time mum!). KPA really feels like a second home for us. 💛

My child has been at Kids Planet since April last year, when she was 10 months old. The daycare is always clean, and the staff are caring and passionate. I really appreciate their low staff turnover — the same team has been there since we joined, and they know all the children so well. Highly recommend!

I’m very impressed with the quality of care and education at Kids Planet Academy. The staff are warm, approachable, and genuinely care about each child’s development. The daily activities are well planned and engaging, helping the children learn through play. The communication with parents is excellent, and the environment is always clean, safe, and welcoming. My children have flourished here — thank you to the wonderful team at Kids Planet Academy! I highly recommend them.

They are incredibly caring, understanding, and always communicate with parents openly and promptly. It makes me feel so reassured knowing my child is in such good hands.
