Absolutely amazing centre! Such amazing, loving caring staff that always go above and beyond for all the children. After previous bad experiences with other centres, I wish I had enrolled my little ones into here sooner! Always a lovely warm welcoming no matter the time of day. Staff are always on top of things making sure all the children are happy and safe. My little ones never want to come home and are always asking to go. Mynette is such a beautiful caring director. Always so loving and caring towards her staff and children and goes above and beyond for everyone. Staff are always on top and quick with any incidents if they are to occur. Which is so reassuring as a parent when your little one is away from you. Keep up the AMAZING work Greenbank! Couldn’t be more thankful for you all 🩷 Read more

Headed up by the most committed centre director, Mynette, who is always open to feedback, parent input and looking at ways to improve what they do., Every detail of every day is planned out to ensure the children are educated, looked after, entertained and have fun! The educators and teachers are everything you could want them to be. They believe in every child and ensure each one is treated as an individual and given the chance to express themselves. They understand children with extra needs up-skill themselves accordingly and make sure that inclusion is at the forefront of everything they do. They work as a team, ingrain themselves on the community and believe in strong communication with their families. I could not be prouder of this centre. They have helped my children became who they are today which are curious, intelligent beautiful souls who look forward to every single day they spend there. Read more

Our daughter has been attending Active Kids Greenbank for 1.5 years, since she was 7 months old. Our first experience with utilising a daycare, it's been great! The director, Mynette, is as kind and caring as she is professional and efficient, the support staff are friendly and helpful and all the educators we've dealt with are caring and invested in the kids. Our daughter needed time off due to surgery last year, and we were so grateful for the care they showed throughout this period, asking after her, helping her to transition back into the routine of daycare, etc. We also had an emergency situation late last year where our daughter became unwell very quickly and they managed the whole situation really well. They utilise the Owna app which is great for keeping updated throughout the day, and they also regularly run events such as a Christmas party (which was honestly next level!), fundraisers for local groups, and from what we've experienced they show a keen interest in supporting cultural awareness and diversity, one example being an indigenous mural that the kids were involved in painting. Special shoutouts to educators Axel, Elvis, Suzie and Rena who our daughter talks about regularly at home! Thank you for all that you do to help our daughter grow! Read more
