As a new mum I was full of nerves about trusting someone else with my child. I am so grateful I was able to enroll her at Active Kids Greenbank. She has thrived and I have complete confidence that she is being supported and enriched every day. They have been exceptional with working with me on toilet training, food allergies and random situations. I love the outdoor area, and she is now able to enjoy bush Kindy as well. We are a year in, and absolutely no regrets. I’m so thankful I can go to work knowing my girl is safe. Thank you team, you guys are gems!

We moved our daughter over when she was one and a half after a bad experience at another centre near by and instantly, the difference was amazing. The thing that stands out for us is that she is allowed to be a child. She gets wet, muddy, covered in paint and explores nature which is everything she loves the most while living her best, now toddler life. There are 5 separate yards which means age groups are not only separated appropriately to avoid incidents, but each yard has an impressive outdoors area with slides, swings and plenty of room to move! She has attended the centre for almost 2 years and still loves saying hello to past Educators while walking around the centre. Would highly recommend AKG!

We’ve had a really positive experience with Active Kids and feel genuinely comfortable leaving our kids in their care each day. We have two children attending, one in a nursery room and one in kindy, and both have settled in so well and really enjoy going. The staff are fantastic. They’re approachable, caring, and easy to talk to, and communication has always been clear and consistent. We’re kept up to date with how the kids are going, which makes a big difference. The staff ratios also seem really good, and it shows in the level of attention and care each child gets. There’s a great range of activities, and the kids are always doing something different and engaging. The bush kindy program is a highlight and happens often, which we love. It’s great seeing them spend so much time outdoors and learning in that environment. We also really like the photo updates throughout the day. It’s nice to see what they’re up to and feel a bit more connected while they’re there. The centre is always clean and well looked after, and we haven’t had many issues with sickness, which is a big plus. Overall, we’re really happy with Active Kids and would definitely recommend them to other families looking for a supportive and well-run centre.

My kids have attended since the opening of the centre and I can’t fault it. From the very beginning, the team have been incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. The educators take the time to get to know each child’s personality and make them feel safe, supported and valued every day. The environment is always clean, engaging, and full of fun learning activities. It gives us so much peace of mind knowing they are in such capable and nurturing hands. Communication with families is fantastic and we’re always kept up to date with what’s happening throughout the day. We couldn’t recommend this daycare more highly to any family looking for a caring and supportive place for their little one.

We recently moved into the area and my son started at Active Kids. The transition has been really hard for him but the team at Active Kids have gone above and beyond to make him feel comfort and support. The girls at the front desk are a ray of sunshine every morning and always greet you when you walk in and wish you a good day when you leave. The kids food always looks so fresh and nicely prepared. Nothing is too much trouble for any of them. They are always so happy and willing to help and listen to any concerns. The facility is always very clean and well maintained. My son loves it! Highly recommended!

We enrolled our daughter at Active Kids Greenbank after withdrawing her from another centre where she wasn’t settling. Within just one week, we saw such a positive change. She was happier, calmer, and so much more confident. It was such a relief to see her personality shine again. Her educators are incredibly nurturing and caring, and I have complete trust and confidence in them. My daughter’s favourite part is bush kindy, and we would 100% recommend this centre to anyone.

Active kids atmosphere is happy and friendly, y daughter Jazlyn who enjoys interacting with peers. Shows curiosity and eagerness to explore new activities.

Both of my children have attended Active Kids Greenbank for a number of years now and we are very happy with the centre. Management are fantastic and are always organising fun events and excursions for the kids. Staff are always super friendly and welcoming. I can’t complain about anything. This is a great centre and the kids are always busy with great activities and learning provided.

I have two kids at active kids and both rooms have been great. The educators are really involved and are continuously providing a range of activities for the kids such as bush kindy/excursions, cooking, arts and craft etc. Active Kids has been really supportive with our children and we cannot wait to attend here for many years to come!
