I have been a parent at Middle road for over 20years all four of my children have attended this centre for their entire... I have been a parent at Middle road for over 20years all four of my children have attended this centre for their entire childcare days before heading off to school. The educators have always had a lovely warm relationship with myself and all of my children, they have always strived to hear all of my thoughts, concerns and encouraged my children to further their developmental skills and teach those milestones that have helped to make them who they are today. My husband and I have always felt a connection of family within the centre and seeing a lot of the educators become long time educators at this centre has always set my mind at ease when leaving my children in their care. Attended the Middle road centre for a tour with the new centre director Jeff, on 20/9/24. Getting our youngest prepared for a hopeful smooth transition in early 2025. Jeff was very informative, super polite, no question to big or small. Jeff advised of his intentions for the centre, moving forward for 2025. Assisting in information of timing on what will best suit our child, the plans for the centre moving forward are exciting. Jeff is moving the centre forward with a very person centred approach, individualised care/needs, growth for all children across all ages, keeping in mind safety, but also utilising the centres capabilities to all of its potential. Developing and maintaining routine, relationships/connections, fine tuning every child’s motor skills. We’ve chosen this centre over another, purely due to the growth and development opportunities at Middle road Good start. I’ve also never experienced a centre like this, the outdoor play areas are extremely well sized compared to others. The centre has not only 1 nursery room but 2! The centre has a great lay out, spacious, clean, warm and welcoming. Staff are also exactly this as well. Nervous but excited for the journey ahead, and to see the new positive changes for 2025 with Jeff leasing the way. Read more

What a warm and welcoming place it is here at Goodstart Middle Rd, I'm currently a new educator here at Middle Rd as... What a warm and welcoming place it is here at Goodstart Middle Rd, I'm currently a new educator here at Middle Rd as I just started in March and absolutely love it here. The children are safe and secure within the environment and the educators go above and beyond for the families currently enrolled here at the service. My daughter is quite reserved and extremely shy and anxious to new environments. The transition to this day care was a breeze. The staff really made sure that she was safe. The communication is amazing! They notify parents about up coming events as well as instant notice about an illness around. They also make sure that we receive the daily reflections and really take an interest in the children’s lives. My daughter now loves to go to day care. Her confidence have grown she talks and shows me what she learnt at day care. Couldn’t be more happier to put her in a place where she feels secure and loved. Read more
