They have made the transition for a new working Mum, a much easier experience. My girl was only 4 months when we took her in, due to the cost of living and as much as it was a challenging experience to drop her off, the team at goodstart have always been so supportive and have made sure our girl is happy and well looked after. They will take my call at any time of the day to check on her, and they are always so informative of what she has been up to that day. Miss Rachel and Miss Dan in the nursery are simply the best and couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Read more

Janet and the team are extremely supportive and really go above and beyond to build a family feeling that everyone can be a part of. Due to work relocation I needed to move my daughter from another Goodstart Centre. After the experience with her previous centre I knew I wanted to stay within the Goodstart Chain and came across Janet, Sally & the team at Fredrick Street and I'm so thankful that I did. My daughter being that little bit older (3.5yrs) was more anxious about the new environment but the entire team was so comforting and supportive that the transition into the new centre was great. She speaks so highly of her teachers and of Janet and Sally who are now referred to as her other mums. She loves going to day care everyday and I'm at complete ease knowing who is caring for her day in day out. The end of the year will be bitter sweet as she heads to prep next year but forever grateful for the past year. Thank you!! Read more
