I was honestly a little anxious about starting daycare when my daughter was just 15 months old, but Goodstart Frederick Street has truly been a game changer for our little family! Right from the first tour, Sally and the educators were so welcoming and kind, they patiently answered every single question I had and made me feel instantly at ease. The centre itself is bright, spotlessly clean, super spacious, and feels very safe, with a fantastic play area that the kids clearly love. But what really makes this place special is the team. The educators are genuinely warm, caring, and so good at building connections with the little ones. They’ve been amazing at helping my daughter settle in, taking extra time during drop-offs to make sure she’s happy and comfortable, and always making sure she has a wonderful day. Even though she’s only been going for a short while, we’re already seeing some skills development and picking up new little things all the time. I love that we get daily updates through the app with photos and notes about her day, it gives me complete peace of mind all day. If you’re searching for a nurturing, professional, and really joyful place where your child is looked after like they’re part of the family, Goodstart Frederick Street is just wonderful. We’re already telling all our friends with little ones how much we love it! Highly recommend! 🌟

I cannot recommend Goodstart Fredrick St enough!! Their team of educators are so welcoming and loving, they treat every child like their own. Both of my children started in the nursery all the way up to kindy room & they loved every minute. The directors are awesome & so friendly. I really felt like part of a family everyday we were there 💗💗

Since the 1st day I took my babies to Goodstart Fedrick Street, they have made us feel like part of the family. Every staff member went out of their way to help us settle in and feel welcome. I have total trust that my children are being left in the best possible hands. Having so many long standing members of the team is really reassuring and it has been so nice to see all of the children forming really lovely friendships and bonds with their peers and their educators. Thank you to the whole team for looking after my boys so beautifully and assisting us so greatly in their development ❤️

I am so glad we chose this child care!!! This centre creates a community vibe with experienced staff who care about families and the kids. I love that the kids get so much outdoor time in the beautiful gardens and that the staff take a geniuin interest in making sure the kids have fun while also learning. Connection with families, a strong sense of community, a nurturing environment, an expert team, and individualised learning are just a few of the reasons why I adore this childcare centre and its people. As an educator myself, I can confidently say this is Goodstart’s hidden gem. Relocating to a new region hasn’t been easy, but the memories we’ve made here over the past three years will stay with us and be deeply appreciated. I would not hesitate to send another loved one to this truly divine, child- and family-centred service.

We are so grateful for the team at Fredrick St Goodstart! They have made the transition for a new working Mum, a much easier experience. My girl was only 4 months when we took her in, due to the cost of living and as much as it was a challenging experience to drop her off, the team at goodstart have always been so supportive and have made sure our girl is happy and well looked after. They will take my call at any time of the day to check on her, and they are always so informative of what she has been up to that day. Miss Rachel and Miss Dan in the nursery are simply the best and couldn’t recommend them highly enough!

It is a very good place for children to learn new things. My kid was very shy at first but staff had put efforts in to make my child feel comfortable, and he loved to go to there. Thankyou so much.

Goodstart Fredrick street are amazing. The staff are so welcoming and understanding. The girls in the Nursery go above and beyond, even to the point of a follow phone call later that day or the next to make sure your child is ok if they have been unwell or out of sorts. Very caring and attentive staff.
