I am extremely disappointed and distressed by my experience with this childcare centre. Due to an injury sustained by my son while in their care, my children were removed from me after the centre implied suspected abuse — despite the fact that the injury occurred during childcare hours and no incident report was ever completed or provided. Rather than communicating with me directly or asking reasonable questions, I was treated with hostility and alienation. I was made to feel pushed out as a parent and personally targeted. There was a complete lack of transparency, professionalism, and basic respect. Both of my children are autistic and have ADHD, with additional behavioural and health needs. Instead of being supported, I have repeatedly been spoken to disrespectfully at drop-off and pick-up, and my concerns as a parent have been dismissed. On one occasion, educators spoke about my children and me in a degrading manner in front of another parent, which I found completely unacceptable and unprofessional.and when approached about the situation i was ignored and dismissed. Incidents have not been communicated to me, concerns were not raised appropriately, and I was given no reassurance about my children’s wellbeing. As a parent, I should be able to trust that my children are safe, respected, and properly cared for — and that trust has been broken. As a result of the centre’s actions and failure to follow proper procedures, my child was subjected to a forensic medical examination, which was extremely traumatic. I am currently only allowed supervised contact with my children and do not know when or if they will be returned to my care. This situation has caused immense emotional harm to my children, myself, and our entire support network. upon further investigation i have discovered I am not the only parent that this has been done to by this centre or this company and not only what they have done to me but also they lack of respect as a parent that I have received and continue to receive from certain individuals when seeing these people in public. You guys ruined my children’s childhood and cause them trauma that was never necessary and I’m left to pick up the pieces of therapy bills and meltdowns and then feeling completely insecure with everyone they meet because of you your director your centre your staff And I have no shame posting this because everyone deserves to see but this is not a nice centre for families and you need to take your children out immediately and find somewhere else

Green Leaves Seaford House has a lovely warm, community feel. The communication updates about the curriculum and my daughter's learning and development progress are excellent and individualised. My daughter feels secure and looks forward to her days at the centre, especially for the delicious food. 😋 I definitely recommend the centre to other families.

Will and the team at Greenleaves Seaford House go above and beyond to support children and their families. Morning coffee, engaging activities and clean welcoming spaces. The dedicated team are experienced and passionate.

Our family love Seaford House! Our daughter has been going there since she was 6 months old and ever since then our experience has been fantastic. The reception staff are always welcoming on arrival and each of the educators our daughter has had over the last 3 years have always been so friendly! Our little girl has gone through phases of difficult drop offs (as most kids do!) and the educators have always helped make it easy for both myself and my daughter. They are always informative when we pick her up and let us know how her day has been and always mention how she is going in general. I love the daily updates on StoryPark. The chef Jerome is lovely and creates some delicious menu’s for the kids and will even make you a coffee to go at drop off. We can’t fault this centre, each staff member is part of our “village” and we would be lost without them all ☺️

I love Greenleaves Seaford House. Everyone are so wonderful and my daughter is thriving and loves the educators there.

Since the new director, Will, has taken over at Green Leaves Seaford House, the centre has completely transformed for the better! We were considering moving our child elsewhere due to concerns with the previous management, but Will has brought much-needed structure, organization, and a real focus on the children’s development. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about the kids and the quality of care they receive. The atmosphere is now warm, welcoming, and well-managed, with educators who are engaged and supported. Communication has also improved, and we feel much more confident leaving our child in their care. A huge thank you to Will and the team—this centre is finally reaching its full potential! Highly recommend to any parents looking for a nurturing and well-run childcare environment. And also a special should out to Abbey, Nicole and Bee who really make this place enjoyable for our son and ensure he gets the best care possible.

Wonderful, caring educators with a fantastic coriculum both my babies feel welcome, supported and engaged and I feel relieved and happy I'm able to leave my babies in their very capable hands and know they are very well taken care of Only regret....I didn't do it sooner!

My Daughter and I absolutely love Seaford House Green Leaves! The educators are always so welcoming. My daughter YELLS Child care as we drive into the car park thats how much she love it! They eat an amazing variety of food and always get there daily fruit and Vegetables. She is always looked after and the educators tell me if something has happened to her. I'm so thankful that my daughter is looked after so well.

I highly recommend Green Leaves Seaford House. I have had all three of my children attend the centre since the first day it opened! Always a warm, friendly welcome and the educators genuinely care for the children and their wellbeing. I get a thorough update of my child's day at pick up and I also love seeing what they have been doing throughout the day on the communication app. One of my children suffers food allergies and every need has been met and handled with such professionalism. My children have made such beautiful friendships as have I as a parent with the educators and families in the community, for this I am grateful as they are a huge part of my village to help me raise my children 🫶 Thankyou so much for taking such great care of my precious children and keep up the amazing work! Our experience with this childcare center has been quite disappointing. My son, who has a moderate intolerance to cow's milk protein, was given lactose-free milk during his second week at the center. I had also informed the center in writing about his intolerance to mandarin, but I saw him being offered mandarin during his morning tea. The lack of attention to these dietary restrictions raises serious concerns. If you’re looking for quality care for your child, I would recommend carefully considering other options before enrolling them here.
