About Green Leaves Early Learning Seaford House

Green Leaves Early Learning Seaford House is a state-of-the-art educational haven located on Grand Boulevard. Seaford House was established to assist its sister centre, Seaford Meadows, to meet the local demand for high-quality early education.

Green Leaves Seaford House has 5 warm and inviting learning hubs, including a kindergarten room, that inspires wonder, curiosity and the imagination of children aged 6 weeks to 6 years. Each learning hub is styled with modern educational resources that create unique learning journeys that stimulate eager minds.

The outdoor learning environment is an extension of the indoors with a focus on ecophilosophies and sustainability. Our children love our bike track with interactive street signs for imaginative play, this coupled with our edible gardens and timber play fort sets the scene for countless adventures throughout the day.

We are lucky enough to have a parent lounge that provides a sense of belonging and community, facilitating connections between families and community members. Here, parents can enjoy a freshly baked treat and barista-made coffee to enjoy in or take away.

My team and I look forward to meeting you. Please feel free to contact our centre to arrange your tour.

If you like fees, poor account management, and the blame game this is the child care for you. We had our twins at this child care for 18 months since moving from Victoria and initially thought the centre was great, the educators try their hardest and for the most part do a great job but the educators can’t fix the poor administration team. We had endless issues with our account with no real explanation and constantly where passed from debtors, to head office all to be referred back to the centre to then be told different things or that it was “really confusing” or that “it’s your subsidy” almost like the company intentionally structures there fees and scheduling of fees confusingly. So good luck if you have to question or to contest any payments. Green leaves is a money first company, their priority first and foremost is payment, then staff turn over, THEN children, not education, not development.

Thank you for taking the time to review our Centre. We are committed to providing the highest standard of care and service to our families through continuous improvement, with the wellbeing and safety of every child in our care remaining our highest priority. We have policies, procedures and practices in place to support both our educational and administrative operations, including providing families with the terms and conditions relating to the third-party direct debit provider used by the Centre. We value feedback as it helps us grow and strengthen our practices. We have been unable to reach you but would welcome the opportunity to speak with you directly to better understand your concerns and experiences. I encourage you to contact me on 07 3902 6888 to discuss this further. Warm regards, Kristy Green Leaves Seaford House Operations Support Manager

Sadly we made the decision to leave Green Leaves Seaford House mainly due to continued administrative issues and lack of continuity in communication. On several occasions we had additional fees added to our account, when I questioned the fees, the answer was vague and blame was placed on head office - no exact explanation was given resulting in us being forced to pay the fees. In addition to this, they use a third party debiting provider DebitSuccess who take their own fees with no way of communicating when or how much these fees are - apparently the administrative woman doesn’t have access to this and can’t waive the fees either, which seems unethical or maybe it’s just incompetence. Although care and effort was initially shown in the beginning, this faded over the almost 2 years our children attended here. We didn’t receive any updates regarding our children’s progress in learning or develop the entire time. Lack of staff morale & support was evident with educators visibly stressed or overwhelmed - very little or no handover communication was provided at pick up. I also witnessed a staff member (who was unaware of my presence) yelling at a child “what is wrong!” when the toddler was hysterically crying after being accidentally hit by another child, rather than consoling the child or assessing for injuries, once I pointed out that another child accidentally hit the toddler - her manner changed. Since leaving the centre we have noticed a massive change in our children’s emotional regulation and overall behaviour, learning and development.
