I have heard kids crying in baby rooms in several times. The lead educator was too strict on babies, more concerned to go by the books than human aspect. Have seen unattended crying babies, not even bothered to carry them. Not sure how they manage babies like that specially when babies cant express themselves. Have heard several negative experiences from the baby area. When trying to give feedback to the team leader, easily gets grumpy it seems. Overall the Centre Manager seemed good, caring and understanding than the staff. Not really willing to recommend this centre. When you drop the kid and go, it will be a completely different environment than how the orientations were done.

We love Green leaves Glynde. Our son has the best days here, and the educators are always helpful and caring towards the children. Not to mention that fabulous food they eat on the daily. It's comforting to know you're leaving your child in safe hands. I also enjoy the updates on story park of what the kids are learning, and special mention to Miss Courtney who always makes sure to give a great hand over on pick up. A couple of days ago, we heard someone yelled at a child in the toddlers room, shouting angrily ' Harper stop playing games with me ! ' it was quite loud and we can all hear that in the reception area. it is concerning that the interaction between educator and children were seen like that

Our toddler has been attending Greenleaves Glynde for two years and the staff have been consistently caring, supportive, and engaged in their development. There are always a wide variety of activities to choose from, along with plenty of learning opportunities. Thank you to the whole team for creating such a positive environment for them to grow.

Glynde has been a wonderful environment for my niece and nephew. They have both thrived with the love and care of wonderful educators, well thought out rooms and plenty of play experiences for them to do. They are always messy in the most delightful way telling me all the things they’ve done in their day.

Disappointed with Ongoing Issues at Green Leaves Glynde Our children have attended Green Leaves Glynde since it first opened. While we initially had high hopes, our experience over time has been quite disappointing. One major concern has been the high turnover of staff — especially the dedicated and caring educators who our children bonded with. It’s disheartening to see good teachers leave so frequently, which has affected the consistency and quality of care. We also noticed safety issues, such as educators cleaning floors while children were still in the room, which is clearly unsafe. There were several incidents involving our children that the staff were unaware of, raising concerns about supervision and communication. Another issue was the lack of adequate and nutritious late snacks, which left our children hungry and unhappy. Despite raising these concerns multiple times with the centre director, we only received dismissive responses from the assistant director, and no meaningful action was ever taken. Ultimately, we decided to move our children to a more established and well-reputed early learning centre. Since making the switch, our kids are happier and more settled. We hope Green Leaves Glynde takes these concerns seriously and improves their standards for the sake of other families.

We absolutely love Green Leaves Glynde! The educators are warm, caring, and truly go above and beyond. The communication is great, and the center always feels safe, welcoming, and full of joy.
