This is a great childcare with a very caring staff. My daughter is going there since she was 2.5years old. I never had issues till now. My daughter used to have very emotional drop-offs at the beginning & we are really grateful to Manu, Elsie, kirti and all others for helping her calm down everyday, All the educators are very kind and helpful. My daughter’s experience in the kinder room was fantastic with Manu. She was really comfortable & confident in the environment. We are very happy with this place & all the opportunities they provided for my child to learn & grow.

My daughter has been attending Where We Grow Mernda for quite a while now and we’ve had such a great experience. She’s autistic and has some behavioural challenges, and the staff have always been really understanding and supportive of her needs.<br><br>She’s in kinder this year and the whole kinder team has been fantastic. They’re always there to support her when she needs it and they’re great at keeping me updated on how she’s going.<br><br>I really appreciate how patient, understanding and accommodating everyone has been with her. It’s been really reassuring knowing she’s in good hands 😊

What’s happening with this place? The center manager has left, the assistant manager has left, the nursery room leader has also left - who’s next? All the staff have left and there are no replacements?? The kinder teacher is always seen outside the room roaming around leaving the kids when she should be with them and teaching them. Are our kids in reliable hands? Where is the management team?!?! Do not send your kids here!!! There’s no upper management present who will tend to any parental concerns 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩

She is truly one of the biggest reasons our experience with the centre has been so positive.Elsie has always been warm, welcoming, kind, and incredibly professional. Whenever I call the centre, she is always patient, cooperative, and happy to help with any questions or concerns. No matter how busy she is, she always takes the time to listen and makes us feel valued and supported. Her friendly nature and genuine care for families make a real difference, and she is a wonderful first point of contact for the centre. She always greets everyone with a smile and creates such a welcoming environment. We truly appreciate everything she does and can't appreciate her enough for her kindness and dedication.<br><br>We would also like to thank Manu, Rayan's kindergarten teacher. I had a very good experience with the childcare service. I have a 1.5-year-old son and a 4-year-old daughter, and both are very happy and well cared for. All the staff are friendly, caring, and professional. I don’t know all of their names, but your team is the best thank you to everyone! A special thank you to Payal, who always provides excellent care and support. She is kind, patient, and makes children feel comfortable and safe. It gives me peace of mind knowing my kids are in such good hands. Highly recommend this childcare service!
