My son started at Imagine as a very shy toddler, and after a difficult experience at another childcare, both he and I were filled with anxiety. From the very beginning, Madi made such a difference, her calm and gentle presence immediately helped my son feel safe and settled. I’ll forever be grateful for the comfort she brought us during that transition. As time went on, another incredible educator, Rachel, joined the team and what a star she is! Since she came on board, my son’s love for learning has truly blossomed. He’s gone from shy and hesitant to excited and eager to go to class each day. Rachel has sparked something special in him, and I couldn’t be more thankful. To add on - a special thank you to Yasmine, who’s been so gentle and nurturing with my younger one. She’s helped my very clingy baby feel secure and loved. I’m beyond thankful for the care, patience, and genuine warmth everyone at Imagine shows. You can really feel the effort they put into making sure both the children and parents feel supported and happy. Read more

My daughter has been enrolled in Imagine since she was 10 months old. She’s almost 4 now. Needless to say, we’re extremely happy with Imagine’s services. With everything going on now in the childcare industry, it’s important to me and my partner about my child’s safety. Imagine has been upfront about their safety protocols and they have been continuously improving it throughout the years. We feel that our daughter has received the 110% care and protection that she deserves, every time she is in Imagine. Read more

My 3-year old child enjoyed her time at the Pre-Kinder room at Imagine Childcare and Kindergarten Centre as the teachers eapecially Ms Rachel and assistant teachers were very approachable and they have daily assessments and observations on each child. She was a shy child before but with the support of her teachers and fellow pre-kinder kids, she has developed self confidence and socialisation skills. My daughter has been coming here for the last two years and I hands down can say that they have shown her love, compassion and patience. I was hesitant at first as the first daycare we went to did not treat her well but all the staff at Imagine reassured me that she would be well cared for and she was (huge thanks to Mamatha) The pictures through out the day eased my mind knowing that she was happy and having fun! We’ve been part of Imagine Childcare and Kindergarten Werribee for about four years now, with both of our daughters attending the centre. Like any service, there have been moments of challenge, but honestly, the positives far outweigh the negatives. What we love most about this centre is the genuine care and support from the entire team. The educators are warm, welcoming, responsive, and truly interested in the wellbeing of our children. They always welcome feedback and work with us to ensure our kids are happy, safe, and thriving. A special shout out to Centre Director Yvonne—her leadership, kindness, and constant support have made such a big difference to our family. And of course a huge thank you to the entire team across the whole centre: each and every educator, the cook, and the cleaner. Each of you puts in so much effort behind the scenes, and it’s that dedication that makes a big impact on the day-to-day experience for the children and families. No childcare centre can be perfect, but finding one that listens and supports families the way Imagine Werribee does is incredibly rare. We’re grateful to be part of this community. Read more

I’d heard great things about the centre from friends so decided to take the step. Two years on and the staff are still as amazing as ever, I’ve never been worried about my son in their care. He speaks of his teachers highly and always tells me what his educator Andrea has said to him throughout the day. Always attentive and the app tells you what they have been up to! Highly recommended! My two children absolutely love Imagine Werribee. From the moment they walk through the front door, we are all greeted by Yvonne and... My two children absolutely love Imagine Werribee. From the moment they walk through the front door, we are all greeted by Yvonne and Lori. My daughter literally runs to her room and to her educators each morning. My son walks into his kinder room so confident and excited about what he will be doing that day. The range of activities, from yoga, Little Sports Heros, excursions, cooking classes and the planning put into every day activities is amazing. They even cater for the parents and Indira (the chef) offers take away coffee and snacks of a morning. All the educators are friendly, and make the place feel so warm and welcoming. Ayesha and Bhagya have been amazing in helping toilet train my son while at 3 y/o Kinder this year. Sree, Shalini, Yas, Charuni, Georgia, Mumatha, just to name a few, have been absolutely amazing, over the past 2 ½ years we have been attending and this year for my daughters first year. The fact they also offer a Kindergarten program is an added bonus. Highly recommend Imagine Child care. I feel confident leaving my children in their care. Read more

Imagine Childcare and Kindergarten Werribee are amazing! I was a very nervous first time mum, always very concerned about leaving my little one with anyone else but her parents but Imagine put all of our worries at ease. The facilities are very clean and well-maintained. The staff are so lovely and caring. Matilda always gets big cuddles when she walks through the door and never wants to leave at pick up time. Yasamin and Charuni always made me feel at ease and I could tell Matilda had a special bond with them. Communication is always on point and they keep us updated on how our little one is going daily! The social interaction, purposeful activities and the loving nurturing from staff make it a home away from home. I am blown away each day seeing the photos of Activites they do during the day and some of it for such little ones is nothing short of impressive. My 1 year old made a volcano!! They've done themed sensory tubs, cooking, yoga just as some examples. How cool is that!!! They spend quality time with the children, meeting and exceeding their needs. We couldn't be more satisfied. To the staff and especially the educators who care for our children, thankyou for the amazing work you do with our babies. Thankyou for the thought and effort you put into each and every day.
