I’m very grateful for the excellent child care service that Sharon and her team have provided. Sharon and all the educators are kind, loving, supportive, experienced and professional in child care. Goodstart Early Learning Fairfield Heights feels like a family. It’s loving, caring, and supportive.

I know how stressful it is trying to find somewhere to leave your child and make sure they are happy and settled, but I could not praise this centre enough. After moving from a previous daycare where our child was very unhappy, she has just excelled. She loves coming to ‘school,’ and that’s all down to the positive and happy atmosphere the staff in the centre bring to work. As soon as you walk in, you feel you are part of an extended family. The staff genuinely care about what they do and want to see each child thrive. They are fantastic at assessments and following through on your child’s interests. Communication from the centre is easy through the app, and the centre manager is always available to speak to.

As a parent of a child that has been attending at this childcare centre last few years, I couldn’t thank you enough to all the amazing educators and Sharon. The educators and Sharon are always so welcoming, kind and supportive. The high level of care and education put me at ease dropping Luke off here every morning and I know he is well taken care of by everyone. I highly recommends this centre to all parents.

Excellent facility for kids and their families. In order to give the children care, education, and services, the centre staff goes above and beyond. Every interaction and request has been fulfilled. The center's environment is fantastic, the teachers are excellent, they keep you informed about events, and the kids have a multitude of activities both inside and outside the building. They really genuinely care about and nurture the children there. Any family should try it, in my opinion. Thank you to Sharon and the teams.🌹🌹

Fairfield Heights Goodstart early learning centre is an excellent service for the community . Educators are nice and caring well for the children . The indoor and outdoor space provides a secure and safe environment for all children . Overall, 10/10 in terms of service, staff, environment and resources.

I believe this centre genuinely prioritises the best interests of the children it serves. Since I began collaborating with them earlier this year, I have been consistently impressed by the strong relationships between the families and the staff. The centre manager is actively involved in continuously reviewing the education programme and makes a concerted effort to know each family and child personally. They create an environment where employees are dedicated, and families receive holistic and consistent care. The educators excel at working with external service providers, effectively implementing therapeutic recommendations to support each child’s development. This approach creates an inclusive environment where everyone can grow and connect.

My daughter's shy but the team at Goodstart Fairfield has quickly helped her to feel at ease. Each day she comes home singing a new song and saying new things she's learnt. I love the how the preschool is family oriented. The photos and online updates throughout the day via the app are the cream on the cake. I trust the team and I'm so thankful we got a place for my daughter there. My next child will be attending Goodstart Fairfield! Would recommend without reservation.
