Finding a place where our child feels genuinely safe, supported, and cared for has been such a relief after we had previous bad experiences with other centres. From the very beginning, the experience has been nothing short of amazing. What truly sets Guardian apart is the educators. The level of care, compassion, and genuine connection they build with both the children and families is something we have never experienced elsewhere. Every educator takes the time to really know your child as an individual, their personality, their needs, their interests; and they make you feel equally valued and included as parents. You can clearly see the passion they have for what they do. It never feels like “just a job” to them. The warmth, patience, and dedication they show every single day speaks volumes about the culture and environment they’ve created. Knowing your child is surrounded by people who truly care gives an incredible sense of comfort and trust. The communication, support, and overall atmosphere have exceeded every expectation we had. Our child has flourished since attending Guardian, and as parents, we finally feel confident that we’ve found the right place. We are beyond grateful for the amazing team and would wholeheartedly recommend Guardian Childcare to any family looking for a centre that genuinely goes above and beyond.

Such a great centre! I had a good feeling from the minute I walked in. Staff always make you feel so comfortable and listened to with any concerns. Such a safe and warm environment to send my little one. 10/10!!

The best daycare my son has ever attended! The standard of care the educators give everyday is so admirable and amazing. Our family has never felt like just a number, each and every edcuator makes an effort to check in with you and build a relationship with your family and ofcourse child. After moving from New Zealand to Australia, our son was nervous starting a new school and we are so grateful for the whole team for ensuring he not only settled in but thrived. and He has been thriving ever since, he tells us all the cool and fun activities he does with his educators, he even tells us what he loves about his educators and it warms our heart to know he is loved and cared for. He enjoys learning and we feel it's a huge indicator of how the educators here make learning fun!) The centre manager and the whole team are so supportive and go above and beyond, they check in on you, ask if you need support with anything (I was pregnant for example), give advice on the schooling system beyond kindgerten (as me and my family are new to the area) and just overall treat you like family. A HUGE thank you to Liz, Anna, Cathy, Tracey, Carol, Kelly, Steph, Emily and the WHOLE team at Guardian Brassall, you are all so amazing and we are so grateful Khaya is cared for by the whole team!

We feel so lucky to have found Guardian Brassall for our son. He loves going to daycare everyday and the educators/ team ensure he has a safe place to learn and grow. The team are so caring and friendly and informative. I would recommend them 100% to anyone looking for care.

We love Guardian Brassall! The staff are so friendly and easy to talk to. It's obvious they love and care for the kids. Our daughter loves her educators and it makes us happy knowing she is at a place where the people genuinely care for her.

Brassall Guardian is hands down the best child care centre I have ever come across. The staff there go above and beyond and genuinely care about their families. Both my children have attended this daycare & i cant recommend them enough! They bring a safe happy enviroment for the children, both my children loved/love being there which makes me so happy & at ease!

We recently moved to Brassall and although we didn't want to change our daughters daycare, the travel became too difficult and we had to search for a new one close to our new home. We were recommended Guardian at Brassall and decided to make the change and are glad we did! It feels like a caring, loving and comfortable environment where children can grow and learn with support and guidance that they need. :)

My daughter started in nursery and went all the way through to kindy at Guardian not once was there a problem to big or to small. All the educators treat the children like their own. They are attentive, dedicated, compassionate and inclusive. Now my Twin boys are following the same journey and I couldn’t be happier. If there was a 10 star rating I’d give that ☺️

My little girl has been enrolled at Guardian childcare Brassall for about three years. She has made great friends there. She likes and trusts her educators. The educators provide plenty of learning opportunities and support.
