A truly caring and well-organised childcare – highly recommend KU Concord I looked at several daycares around Concord before choosing KU, and many of them felt chaotic, with staff who seemed distracted or just “going through the motions.” KU Concord is completely different. From the very beginning, I noticed that every educator has a genuine smile. They engage with the children happily and patiently, and it never feels like they’re just “at work.” It has a warm, family-like atmosphere. The facilities are also excellent. There are plenty of play equipment, and every indoor room has an air purifier while still being well-ventilated. One room that could fit around 20 children currently only has about 10, which really stood out to me — smaller groups mean more attention. They also share the weekly menu, and the centre is located in a quiet part of Concord — peaceful but still convenient. Parking is easy. Most importantly, every child seems to be seen and cared for. As a first-time parent, that gives me so much peace of mind. Thank you to the whole team at KU Concord. We feel very lucky to have found you.

Our son's been going there for couple of months now. We're very happy with everything. He's been taken good care of and loves going there. The outside gardens are nice and everything is always clean. The food seems to be great also as he always enjoys 2 portions or even 3.

Our daughter has been at KU Concord for nearly 3 years including 2 years in the preschool room. The child care industry is of course a tough one to operate in - with staff turnover, regulations etc etc. In this context, we really want to commend and recommend KU Concord. Firstly their culture is to take the voice of the child seriously. We can see this in the way staff interact with children. I have always observed positive and patient interactions between staff and children. Inclusion of different perspectives, and meeting your child where they are at developmentally is all part of their approach. They’ve also been covering material specifically about supporting children’s rights in the preschool room, which was good to see. We’ve had an excellent experience with staff consistency across the centre for the time we’ve been there. I am confident the preschool teacher along with the other qualified staff are supporting the children’s growth through their play based learning approach. They do listen and tailor their approach to parent’s feedback. Their meal planning is excellent and our occasional feedback on their meals has been incorporated by the Centre’s cook. We are also confident they take child safety seriously. They have been regularly covering a range of age appropriate child safety learning materials with the children. I could not commend them more for taking initiative on this important topic. Of course no day care is there to replace the role of the parent at home, and new parents looking at any centre do need to keep this in mind. Overall, we can only highly recommend KU Concord to parents for its child-centred approach, consistency and interaction with parents.

We’ve had a wonderful experience with KU Concord Children’s Centre. The educators are warm, professional, and genuinely care about the children’s well-being and development. The welcoming atmosphere has helped our child form meaningful bonds with both classmates and staff, and the preschool room provides a nurturing and engaging space filled with creative activities and a strong focus on learning through play. We particularly appreciate the efforts of the centre’s administrators in delivering high-quality childcare aligned with parents’ expectations. Communication with families is not only responsive but also proactive and thoughtful. The use of development goal surveys and genuine collaboration with families has been incredibly rewarding. Since joining KU Concord, our child’s growth and development have been remarkable. Exceptional place for kids!!! We highly recommend KU concord to any parents who are nervous about their baby’s first experience outside home. The staff are amazing and so caring not to mention very professional in all the interactions. Kids are safe, and entertained all day, and they learn so much through play. Wonderful facilities and very clean environment for kids. Our daughter had the most friendly and caring experience from all the staff especially Janani, Dani, Kiran and everyone else. My son has been attending KU Concord for over 2 years now and he has only had positive experiences. I have nothing but praises for all the educators and staff who work there. It is clear to me that the educators and support staff who work there are kind, caring and patient souls trying to raise conscientious children who care about their peers, surrounding and the natural environment. The educators always pay close attention to the children's interests by incorporating them into their weekly activities. Chef Karien is always working her magic in preparing delicious healthy meals for the children. She also gets the children involved with the veggie garden and worm farm which are wonderful additions to building their connection with nature. I truly appreciate the work each staff is doing at the centre and cannot thank them enough.

We started our baby at 5 months old here and the wonderful staff made this such a calm and wholesome experience They ensured I was updated regularly on my daughter’s activities and routine The chef updates me each morning on what she will create for my daughter I highly recommend KU. It has a beautiful community and the educators always ensure a personalised experience

We have nothing but positive things to say about this wonderful facility. The team are so great with our boy and have welcomed him with nothing but care. Kiran the facility manager is wonderful and we have seen her on numerous occasions with the children and she has had nothing but time for us and any of our concerns. The staff are so wonderful (especially Angela and Meniza) and my little boy just adores them. It’s so great to see a child care centre who, in my opinion, are going above and beyond in a time where so many are dropping the ball.

My son started at KU last year and while he initially had a tough time transitioning, I honestly could not have chosen a better centre for him. The educators are caring, patient and incredibly supportive as he found his confidence being away from home. The centre is spotless and well-equipped, the meals prepared by the Chef are nutritious, delicious and I love that they involve the children in picking ingredients from the garden. As a parent who has to return to work, there's no greater comfort than knowing your child is in a safe, nurturing and loving environment, where the educators have genuine care and interest in your little one.
