Such a wonderful childcare and kindergarten centre! Both my children moved from family daycare to this centre and their personal growth has been so lovely to watch. The educators all know us and the kids by name and provide exceptional care. The onsite chef provides delicious meals and helped us work through an unidentified allergen when it popped up after a meal for my son. Having the franchise owner and a wonderful management team available on site daily helps to answer any questions as they pop up. We were recommended this centre from a friend and could not be happier with the service provided! Read more

I don't even know where to begin, with this amazing centre. I toured in December after several months of dissatisfaction with another... I don't even know where to begin, with this amazing centre. I toured in December after several months of dissatisfaction with another local centre. I delayed my enrollment because of the feedback my other centre was providing about my child, made me feel as though my child would not be okay with Mother duck being very home like with routines and life skills which were not practices at my original centre. After one day a week both of my kids no longer wanted to attend their other centre. We added additional days, my child is doing much better with routines including toileting and home routines coming home much happier, drop off is a breeze with familiar educators supporting the drop off. I could not be happier and feel much more content and trusting leaving my children with the amazing educators at mother duck. I truly could go on and on the kindy program is amazing, my kids come home wanting to learn and grow even more. 10/5 star 😀 Read more

We recently enrolled our little one at Mother Duck Manly, and the entire experience has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we walked in, we were met with friendly, welcoming staff who made us feel right at home. Every morning, we’re greeted with warmth, and it’s clear that the team genuinely cares about our daughter—everyone knows her by name, and our transition has been smooth and thoughtful. Our daughter leaves the centre every day feeling happy, supported, and eager to return. It’s wonderful to see how much she enjoys her time there, and it’s a testament to the amazing team at Mother Duck. The centre itself is beautiful, and the education program is top-notch, providing a well-rounded experience for all the little ones. We truly couldn’t recommend Mother Duck Manly enough. While the whole industry has been going through staff retention issues, the management and main educators have stayed consistent which is great. The outdoor area is fantastic and my daughter who is still there loves it, coming home with evidence of a great day of play and learning!! Read more

LOVE LOVE LOVE Mother Duck Manly! My son has been here for 2 years now, and my daughter started a couple months ago.... LOVE LOVE LOVE Mother Duck Manly! My son has been here for 2 years now, and my daughter started a couple months ago. They settled in so easily. It has such a homely feel and the educators are all nurturing and kind (but also put boundaries in place where needed). The centre manager is the best. Hannah has always taken any concerns or worries we had seriously. She has always listened, taken her time for us, made plans to make things better and kept us informed by following up on the centre's actions. I cannot recommend this centre highly enough!! Also, we have tried multiple other ones and nothing compares to Mother Duck.... I was such an anxious mum, having to leave my child with other people, but they have really made this transition easy for me. Yes, you can probably tell; I am a huge fan! Read more

I've been amazed at how our two, aged 2.5 and 4, have thrived at Mother Duck. Beyond the basics and playing with blocks... I've been amazed at how our two, aged 2.5 and 4, have thrived at Mother Duck. Beyond the basics and playing with blocks they're learning real-world skills that will serve them well into the future. Through activities like learning to share and serve each other at tea parties, tinkering (STEM) and exploring fashion and textiles in the Atelier Studio, they're not just absorbing information; they're actively engaging with it. Seeing my daughter's newfound creative passion for fashion and textiles manifesting at home has been beautiful. She's not just playing dress-ups, she's curating her own wardrobe, experimenting with fabrics and styles she tells me she learnt at Mother Duck. I'm grateful every day for the enriching experiences my children are receiving here and how Mother Duck sets them up with a love to learn. Read more
