Hi Khadijah, Thank you for your feedback. We feel truly sorry that you feel this way and we understand you had previously built a great bond with the previous owners and we are sorry that our take over made some interruption to you. Over those conversations that our management team had with you, we fully understand that you were frustrated with the situation that you were charged. However we only charged you for the week that your child physically attended our centre, not the week when your child was on isolation. Our team were sorry to hear that your child was tested positive and we had actioned immediately to reply to your message, notify the families for education contacts and the Department of Education of this matter as soon as your message was received. We did not have any students attending our service for placement over the Christmas time, and never had any students in charge of the service as legislated. Those scenarios described about staff child ratio and students in your review were not true. At Me For Kids Croydon, we ensure all our professionally trained staff work hard to maintain the highest standards in our daily practices. We are happy to listen to our families’ feedback and take every opportunity to use it as our reflective learning experience for better improvements.
