Incredible childcare centre! We have been blown away by the individualised care, and the community feel of NSCC. My only regret is that we didn't discover it sooner! The staff are so supportive and it feels like a great, big family. We love NSCC!

I feel quite sad that my little grand daughter is in her last year at Norfolk Street. I have followed her progress closely over the last couple of years and as a former Early Childhood Learning Professional - I have always been so impressed by the standard of care and education this centre offers. The Learning programs are so well designed and the standard of care and attention given to each child is beyond any parent's expectations. The staff are so wonderful - dedicated, friendly and inclusive. I know that my grand daughter will be confidently school-ready in December, and credit is due to Norfolk Street Childcare Centre, a big part of her sweet young life.

Norfolk Street is a very special place — in a world of privatised mega centres, it’s so amazing to find a community run centre where everyone genuinely cares for every child.

We are sadly in our final year at Norfolk and whilst we are excited for Primary school, we can't believe it will be the end our amazing journey and experience here. Every year the educators have been so warm, kind & engaged. They create genuine, safe and supportive relationships with both the kids and families to ensure a positive and collaborative learning and development experience. We are so grateful to the entire team at Norfolk for the past 5 years.

NSCCC is such a wonderful community and we genuinely feel so lucky to be a part of it. As a parent it makes such a big difference to know that your children are not only well cared for, but also known and valued for their unique personalities. The staff are warm and welcoming, and provide a safe environment for them to explore, learn and build social skills. The learning spaces, including the amazing outdoor areas, encourage kids to engage in child-led play and take risks that help them build confidence in their fundamental motor skills like jumping and balancing In addition to this, there is an extensive program of learning experiences and events that support the children to learn about the world, significant cultural events, science and sports to name a few. As a family new to the area, the cherry on the cake has been in forming a village of strong friendships with other parents from our children's rooms.

Great caring staff

Wonderful centre with dedicated staff and fantastic community vibe. Although it is long day care they run the kinder rooms more like a sessional kinder with a big focus on getting ready for school, but still play-based. Only negative is the long waitlist :)
